Had my second shoot with the lovely Camellia. I really enjoyed working on several ideas including different sets and outfit changes to create some really atmospheric images.

Working with Camellia is easy and fun. She has a great eye for styling and always works to get the best possible image.

Had a very enjoyable day and we're already thinking about ideas for our next shoot :-) Camellia comes highly recommended by me. If you get a chance to work with her, jump at it! You'll be very glad you did :-)

I was immediately drawn to Camellia and her portfolio when I was lucky enough to find her here on purple port, she has an arresting look and air of intrigue about her so I was really excited when she agreed to a test shoot with me and I wasn’t disappointed! She was a pleasure to work with, very accommodating and made me feel welcome and comfortable.

Camellia is a creative and talented lady and she contributed greatly to our collaboration, she has clearly learned a great deal from her interest in photography and stunning imagery as well as her modelling experience which she was able to effortlessly translate into the shoot. She puts time into expanding her knowledge of flattering posing techniques and understanding lighting which makes working with her so easy and natural. Camellia is able to self initiate poses, expressions, understand and execute with very little or no direction. She is calm, relaxed, responsive and knows how to connect with the camera.

Camellia has great taste and unique style, she did her own make up for the shoot which was great and she provided a great set from her wardrobe. Not only is Camellia a wonderful model she is also a very interesting woman who’s maturity, life experience and charm is clearly expressed in her work as model, she has a rare and wonderful ability to convey something on a much deeper level.

This was my first time working with a mature model and it certainly won’t be my last! and I certainly look forward to working with Camellia again. I’m really proud of the work from our session, I would not hesitate in recommending her to other photographers!

First time and what a brilliant shoot with Camellia today. She is professional with her modelling skills, I had to give very little directions as she kept me busy with clicking the images. My camera could not keep up with the frequently amazing artistic modelling. Definitely outstanding model, who needs an agency model when you can photograph amazing images with Camellia. For fashion and fine arts work, I will definitely choose her every time and recommend her to anyone who wants to improve their portfolio.

Looking forward for our next shoot soon with more creative images. I don't have words to express my joy by looking at the images I captured of Camellia, I think the images we captured today will speak for themselves.

Just back after a shoot this afternoon with Camellia and was very impressed. She's got tons of poses, ideas and outfits and generally made the afternoon go by in a flash. She proved to be pretty versatile and between us we captured a bunch of different looks.

Camellia was also kind enough to host the session in her lovely apartment which was tailor-made for this kind of thing and she proved to be a great host as well as a model. Recommended.

Zoom Out

I had the pleasure of working with Camellia on Sunday. She kindly let me shoot at her home, and even provided snacks. We had a great afternoon trying out lots of different outfits and ideas. She has an incredible wardrobe so I was completely spoilt for choice. Camellia is so experienced there was very little need for direction, and I was really impressed with her creative poses and expressions. We got quite a variety of images and I'm looking forward to adding them to my portfolio.

The whole shoot felt like a proper collaboration and I'm really glad we got to work together. Camellia is very photogenic, creative and expressive. And also very easy to get on with. I highly recommend her and hope we work together again. I should also mention Camellia's home is a wonderful location to shoot, with wooden floors, plastered walls and incredible vintage props. I felt very lucky to get to shoot there. And with such a great model!

I'd been looking forward to meeting Camellia having had an extensive conversation with her through messaging about a project and eventually got to meet her on Sunday. She is great for bringing your ideas to life as well bouncing ideas off and she throws in ideas of her own. She's very easy to work with and very comfortable to be around and she is ambitious to achieve good results. Not to mention the gorgeous light in her beautiful home, a photographer's dream. This session was more a preparatory session but still got some good results. I'm really looking forward to the next session when we plan to do the final shots for a poetry video.

I had a second shoot, within a few weeks with Camellia, and again at her lovely home, and used the lovely garden as well, for a few shots.

Always great to work with Camellia as she's one of the best at tuning into ideas and themes then developing them, perfect partnership atmosphere of model/photographer.

We got through a lot of work in a relatively short time and relaxed pace, again a testament to Camellia's modelling abilities and artistic knowledge depth.

Worked with Camellia for the first time and I am so pleased with how it went. Camellia's pre-shoot comms were excellent. We'd shared ideas with a moodboard and I had a very good sense of the images we'd create and how the shoot would go. Come the day, Camellia was wonderful to work with - she was full of great ideas and she took great care to get the images just right.

I'm very grateful to Camellia for a great day spent creating fabulous images. I hope we get the chance to do it again soon.

Although we were not able to shoot together this time, Camellia kindly let me stay at her place and use the space for shoots whilst I was on tour in the north of England.

Camellia's flat itself allows for some beautiful natural light portraits and has a gorgeous retro feel. You can be sure to make some lovely photos if you shoot there with Camellia.

As for the lady herself, Camellia's communication is second to none, and she was easily reachable throughout my stay via text/email

I had a chance to work with Camellia again, and I'm glad I took it. Camellia is conscientious .. took care to bring the right costume and to look at reference ideas .. her pre-shoot communication is clear and thorough. She worked hard when we're shooting, was game for some challenging scrambling about on rough ground. After the shoot we were able to go through the images together and it was good to get feedback. It was clear she had thought carefully about the work we did previously, with a view to developing ideas and improving. As before, great to be able to reference a wide range of visual art, painting, sculpture / installation, and photography with someone who has a thorough background in fine art and fashion. Strongly recommended. And fun.

I had another shoot with Camellia today, and- wow spectacularly good session all the way through. We had a nice chat about the ideas before starting and Camellia was her lovely friendly self and we worked on interpreting the themes and matching them to her superb, comprehensive range of clothes and accessories.

The session was a relaxed pace over several hours and Camellia was full of enthusiasm and energy all the way through.

The shoot was in Camelia's new apartment which is being 'tweaked' for photo shoots, there are great windows providing gorgeous photo quality light and the walls are subtle plaster finish which looks fabulous in images.

Working with Camellia is a special experience all you could ever wish for. plus wonderful inspiration!

Camellia is a very classy, genuine lady with a lovely gentle character. She really understands photography and has a lot of knowledge to share. For someone like me who is not very articulate about what I am trying to achieve, she was very patient and willing to help me, which resulted in results that were exactly what I wanted.

Camellia also has a wonderful home which is full of character and has so much potential, and she knows how to use the spaces to make the most of the light.

Before the shoot she took a lot of care to find out exactly what I wanted. She chose make up and outfits that worked beautifully. She has a beautiful elegance about her and I would love to work with her again!

Camellia's pre-shoot messages were exceptionally thoughtful. We were able to discuss ideas, work out a kind of mood-board, and talk about costume in detail. Camellia came with excellent choices of clothing, and with more reference material, and we found we were on the same wavelength from the start.

Camellia's fashion and art background was great .. we could talk in terms of photographers and artists we both like .. we are both fans of Francesca Woodman .. and Camellia is full of ideas.

She moves beautifully, with wonderfully graceful leg extension, for example, from ballroom training. When she smiles her face lights up the room.

It was a delight to work with her, and I hope we can do so again soon.

Today I had the pleasure of working with Camellia. She was professional to a fault and wonderful to work with. Easy to talk to and helpful in giving me guidance but still giving me room to create.

Autumn last year Camellia and I first talked about a possible shoot together and yesterday it came to fruition.

Camellia is immaculate in the way she looks,in what she wears and in her manner. A real lady of pure class I made sure to make the most of the day we had to shoot together.

Camellia is a one off she is her own person with a look that she owns.

Her communication before the shoot was perfect and on the day she arrived on time fully prepared with the most beautiful clothes,a headdress and a hat she had made.

I've been planning this challenging natural light shoot for a while and Camellia was the perfect model. It was a technically challenging shoot requiring a great deal of patience, and endurance as many of the poses were very physically demanding. Camellia was as professional as one could wish for, always striving for that minuscule detail that turns a good shot into a great shot. Added to this she is as engaging a personality as one could wish for, being inventive, great conversationalist and stunning to boot. Book her as soon as you can. You won't be disappointed, in fact you'll be captivated. I'll be back
