Cam Den Artist's Garden Studio

Available for photoshoots is this cosy, beautiful one bedroom flat in Camden, Central London for £30ph, minimum booking 2hrs.

5) Plain white walls, that bounce around the light (the sofa and keyboard can be moved around as necessary)

7) 30+ plants (I am planning to add more, and always have flowers of some kind) 

8) Many instruments and books to use as props 

9) Bluetooth speakers to play music from

10) Complimentary tea and coffee

Some perks of the location:

1) Exceptionally well connected. The nearest tube is Mornington Crescent (2 minutes away) and within a 15 minute radius is: Kings Cross, Euston, Euston Square, Camden, Mornington Crescent (serving national (and international) railways, Northern Line, Victoria, Circle, Hammersmith and City, Metropolitan, Piccadilly). Parking is free on Sundays, I have included a photo of the parking restrictions outside of the property. 

2) Regent's Park is a 15 minute walk

3) Camden market is a 10 minute walk

4) London canals are a 10 minute walk

 

Please note: I have a small electronic drum kit that I keep in the kitchen (the kitchen is not pictured but is to the left of the tall mirror and bookcase in the living room). The flowers I have will not always be sunflowers. 

Important things to note:

1) This studio is ONLY available for booking on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. 

2) A 50% deposit will be needed to secure the booking of the flat. Cancellations less than 48hrs before will require full payment (if you give more than 48hrs notice the booking can be moved to another day). 

3) Please do not arrive early, as I need time to prepare the flat and there might be a booking immediately before you. 

4) I will leave the flat when you arrive for you and your model to have privacy, but I will take the keys with me. In case of emergencies the flat can be exited without needing to unlocking any doors, but if you leave you will not be able to re- enter the flat without the keys. If you would like to pop out quickly and want to re-enter, please co-ordinate with the model so you can be let back in. 

5) As this is an old building, the shelves and cabinets attached the walls should not be stood on or pulled on, as they might collapse. 

6) No adult photography can be shot in the flat, but art nude and lingerie is fine. Please bear in mind that because of the large windows and proximity of the nearby buildings, people can see quite clearly into the flat. As I do not want to receive complaints, please be careful when it comes to nudes and/or lingerie near the windows or on the balcony. 

This studio owner is also a model! :) I am available for booking in the flat for no extra cost added to my modelling rates, for as little as 1hr (1hr bookings with me are limited to my flat, outside of my flat I ask for 2hrs minimum). My account is on Purpleport as Mia Liberum.
