For many on this site, I know mental health is a real issue and we have chosen to work with cameras or modelling as a way to release us from the "Black Dog" that walks in our shadows. Today my mental health is giving me just a little nudge and telling me I am ok. I wandered outside, grabbed a few dandelions, lay on the floor and took this. Never be alone, reach out and communicate.
