Principally, I am a professional video photographer and TV producer. Although I do take on the odd still photographic commission, most of my still work is for fun. When things get back to normal I will be starting a photographic assignment to produce 20 plus great prints.

I have worked all over the World in nice places and not such nice places. Since late 2019, I have shot and co produced seven TV programmes. I also work on feature films and back in 2019 was the director of photographer for a 120 minute drama which is now on release. Over the years, I have had the chance to film and sometimes interview numerous top “A” list actors. It is great fun.

On the other side I spent several sessions in Yugoslavia during the war. I always feel a certain buzz when working in dangerous places.

My main interest is taking pictures of people. I have travelled a lot and I feel images of the people say so much more about a place than most landscapes. Until 2012 we had a central London based studio but for various reasons we closed it. When I last looked for it the land was being redeveloped. I sometimes wish we still had the studio when I want to do certain shoots.

My still photography has been shown all over the World in various exhibitions. Generally my shoots may be a little different as we most likely will be only doing 3 or 4 poses.
