This is the first time we have had Nigel in our studio. He is such a nice guy and very professional.

I had the utterly fabulous pleasure of meeting and working with Nigel for the first time yesterday, working alongside the beautiful Cariad.

When we arrived I was so pleased to be greeted by such a warm friendly face. Nigel is such a gentleman and so kind and helpful, it really makes you feel totally spoilt! He’s a great conversationalist and has such interesting stories to share. Refreshments were provided and they were super tasty thanks :)

We were shooting a Breedon Hall, a lovely place with gorgeous windows and nice well kept rooms. Nigel had some ideas and we started off with them, he used a mixture of natural light and flash throughout the day depending on the desired effect and there are some absolutely awesome shots from yesterday! He was also happy to take on any ideas myself and Cariad had which was great as I can be a bit ‘full on sometimes’ but only when working with great people like Nigel ;)

After shooting at Breedon Hall we went for a quick shoot near a local Church and did some shots to wrap up the day. It was cold, windy and very bright sunshine so the conditions were a little on the difficult side but Nigel worked well and again got some awesome shots!

I had such a great day shooting with you yesterday, thank you so much for inviting me to tag along ;)

Yes yes!! What a wonderful gentleman! I had the opportunity to work with Nigel again on a duo day with the beautiful Silk.

We had previously arranged a shoot in Wales and Nigel had kindly made the long journey to me only for our day to be cut short with a bad fall. Thank goodness our luck was much better this time and no accidents occurred and the weather albeit a bit cold the light was stunning all day. It really was an epic day of shooting, laughter and creativity. I cant believe how fast the time went by!

We shot for the most part at Breedon Hall then for the last hour or so we ventured outdoors, the conditions were a bit more difficult but Nigel pushed through and got some lovely shots.

Thank you so much for booking us :) I really hope we meet and work together again.

Nigel contacted me about a last minute shoot, and we made it happen! He arrived with a huge smile, was super friendly, and very easy to talk to. The whole shoot was very relaxed, we worked on a few portraits, natural light and silhouette shots, as well as some classic nudes.

Nigel is very good with light, and gives clear directions. He knows what he wants to achieve but manages to make it all seem very easy, with no pressure.

I really enjoyed this shoot, and hope that we can work together again soon.

So today I got to work with Nigel. What an absolute superstar that man is! We got on straight from the off... he arrived cheerful, friendly, and chatty and he showed himself to be an absolute pleasure to shoot with too. A really relaxed shoot style focussing on the natural light in the beautiful space we were allowed to use today, with lots of chat... mainly about bbq’s and how imperative that grilled halloumi be served at every one (my kinda photographer this!!!)

The time flew by and I’m so grateful we managed to shoot.

We got some wonderful images in a variety of styles and Nigel has even let me have a copy of them so I can practise my editing :)

I really hope we get to shoot again in the Not too distant future.

We had a 121 with Shawn at Scarlet Door focusing on skill, it was a great little shoot & I think we both learnt from it!

We finished off with a dance shoot with constant light & the shots were amazing!

Nigel is absolutely lovely, I was instantly at ease with him. In the end, we travelled up to Minster Lovell which was an amazing idea by him - he nailed the location.

There was no rush, just putting the time and effort into getting some awesome-looking shots. He always put my comfort and safety first!

I had my first shoot today at Paul's Studio in reading and who was my second photographer of the day? No other than this charming man... From the moment he shook my hand he instantly clicked. He is such an interesting, intelligent and all round wonderful chap. He was a true professional and a complete gentleman throughout the shoot, ensuing i was 100% happy with all of the levels and poses he asked of me and kept the mood light and cheerful making me one happy model! He thought up some wonderful ideas and together we created some dam right amazing images. I honestly can not wait to work with this man again and only wish he lived further North!

I had my first shoot with Nigel at Fareham studio. Nigel met me before arriving at the studio for a quick coffee which instantly put a smile on my face. We then drove to the studio and cracked straight on. I loved shooting with Nigel from start to finish. We had lots of laughs and great conversation along the way :)

Not only was Nigel polite and professional he was a complete gentleman and just great fun to shoot with.

Artemis Fauna

Had yet another fantastic shoot with Nigel this week.

We met on location and shot some fashion around a cool castle ruin and then drove back to my new home in Malmesbury to shoot the rest of the time there.

We got some super shots and had a good natter as we always do! Nigel is always great to work with and so friendly- shoots are always productive yet relaxed!

Can't wait to do it again, thank you, Nigel :) :)
