The art of storytelling through photography has enchanted me for many years. The album cover art of the 70's and 80's and especially the work of photographers like Art Kane, Helmut Newton and Hipgnosis inspired me to pick up a camera, enlist some friends and create impactful images . My background in the fitness industry and appreciation of human movement and beauty infuses my current work.
I resist the idea of locking into a specific style as I love to learn and try out new looks and techniques. I'm based in the suburban Chicago area and am always looking for new locations and models to work on a variety of intriguing ideas.
