Yesterday I had my first shoot with Mike at his home studio.

Mike is respectful, professional and a pleasure to shoot with. During the shoot I felt a little light headed, Mike was patient and accommodating, he offered me a glass of water and after a short rest, we continued.

Mike’s home studio is great, he has a variety of backdrops which can be changed with ease. Many references on here mention Mike’s fantastic wardrobe and it really does live up to expectations, his walk-in wardrobe has an array of outfits, accessories and props. My personal favourite were two long slinky gowns that Mike chose, he made me look and feel elegant.

If you like cats, be sure to meet Mike’s cute cat named toffee, who likes to say hello and enjoy a fuss.

Bobbi Castle

It was my first time shooting with Mike. I went to his home studio in Gloucester as part of my tour. He was all ready to shoot when I arrived. We got on great strait away because he is a really friendly guy. Wow I knew he had a model wardrobe but I never knew how many amazing outfits he actually had. The was literally no point in me bringing my stuff because all of mikes stuff was better. We shot a mix of fashion in nice long classy dresses and then moved on to shooting some art nude images. He was always complimentary of my posing and made me feel happy during the shoot. I was looking through some of his work that he has printed in albums in his house and I was actually blown away by the quality. So if I was you shoot with him if you get the chance. Thanks a lot for a great shoot.

Had a shoot with Mike yesterday and really enjoyed it.

He had lots of backgrounds to choose from and a bigger wardrobe than me! He’s has plenty of clothes, shoes and accessories to choose from!

He was so chatty which made me feel at ease and I didn’t feel any pressures at all, he’s already sent me some quick edits which I love so can’t wait to see the actual photos!

I had a great shoot with Mike at his home studio. When I got there I could not believe how many outfits for models he has. He has collection of dresses, hats, skirts anything you can imagine. He made me feel very elegant and I enjoyed that very much. Mike is friendly and he has lovely personality. We had very nice shoot and I felt very comfortable. I got a chance to look at the camera and I really like the pictures we created. I hope I will get a chance to work with Mike in the future.

Mike booked me on my tour of Gloucestershire to come and shoot at his home studio. We had chatted so many times before about fixing a date but it had just never worked out on my previous tours so it was nice to look forward to working together this time because it’s always a bit of a downer when you can’t magic another date in on past trips to accommodate enthusiastic creatives that have made the effort to express an interest in working with you. The shoot in the end was a very enjoyable one indeed and we chin-wagged so much whilst getting lots of rather gorgeous pictures made! :P Mike was Hospitable, encouraging of good creative team value, professional and an all-round pleasure to work alongside. Mike’s home studio is super equipped, he’s got a variety of backdrops and can manipulate the lights to get different effects totally effortlessly. I was able to flow through poses (everything from portraiture to athletics) and Mike just worked with me/let me do my thing but also had brilliant suggestions for styling and a truly out-of-this-world wardrobe! :D He’s got brilliant visions for what works as a photographer and I seem to recall not even needing to open my suitcase at all I’m pretty certain! That’s how much of a treasure-trove his place is with cool outfits/accessories! We got many lush shots in the various sets we did capturing emotion, shapes and sass galore... It was good fun! :) Mike is very easy going too so the pace was nowhere near pressured/rush-rush. The day was a scorcher but no stress because of the good pace we had.

He operates with total professionalism from start to finish: communicated well and then treat me well on the shoot, always showing courtesy and doing all he could to ensure I was comfortable/had my own space for changing/makeup etc. A genuinely nice bloke to work with who I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend to other models touring the area or local to Gloucester. I sure hope to get the chance to work with Mike again in the future. :) We has a blast and created some cool pictures!

I had my first shoot with Mike yesterday evening at his Home Studio and I really do hope it's not the last.

Mike is a genuine, kind and caring human being and conversation flowed naturally throughout the shoot.

After reading about Mikes wardrobe, I was so excitied to see it and it utterly blew my socks off. What an incredible wardrobe he has & made me feel so elegant. I absolutely loved it and the shoot.

Had my first shoot with Mike yesterday evening. I was already looking forward to the shoot judging by the comments on the wardrobe and it didn't disappoint. I hadn't really covered a lot of fashion with dresses so it was a real breath of fresh air and so much fun to dress up.

Mike has a wealth of experience and lots of backdrops in his collection so we managed to get a great variety of looks! As well as having a good old chat. Pleasure to work with...

I had a wonderful shoot with Mike and can't wait to go back. Our latex idea didn't work as well as we'd hoped but Mike was very adaptable and took seconds to come up with an alternative plan. A really lovely guy who made sure I was comfortable at all times. Looking forward to seeing more of that humongous wardrobe selection - I have some serious clothes envy!

I thourally enjoyed shooting with Mike yesterday, I’ve been feeling really low and down about this industry recently but Mike proved to me that the good definitely weighs out the bad :)

A highly intelligent person, conversation flowed well and I honestly felt I could have spoken to him all night! Mike is very respectful of models and genuinely cares for our safety, and even ensured we left slightly early so I got on the train on time.

The walk in wardrobe is a models dream! I have honestly never seen a photographer own so many clothes! :p

I was kept well heated, given cups of tea and enough breaks.

I loved trying on all the different outfits and the lighting was beautifully set up.

I cannot fault Mike in any way, a real true pleasure to work with.

He had a range of excellent canvas backgrounds that I had never seen before which really added some variety to the backdrops of the pictures. I worked with Mike again yesterday after maybe 3 or possibly 4 years , and it was just like yesterday. He is always so welcoming and friendly and you feel instantly at ease and comfortable , he has a HUGE selection of clothing and amazing dresses and costumes now which is amazing as there are some stunning outfits to wear!

The shoot always flys past so quickly and he works hard to get the best possible images and make sure the lighting set up is perfect .

I would highly recommend Mike to other Models, it’s always a pleasure working with him and creating some great images!

I am looking forward to our next shoot again in 2018.

He is always providing a huge variety of outfits for the shoots and the images are just amazing. Mike is one of my favourite photographers. Not only do I love his photography he’s also amazing to talk to and get along with. I had my second photoshoot with Mike and I was really looking forward to it and to seeing him again after our first shoot.

It did not disappoint. I loved being surrounded by his amazing clothes and getting dressed up in them, it is a girls dream room. He really does have so many clothes.

I really enjoyed shooting with him and he is great company.
