Amazing location! Pictures don’t do it enough justice really is an amazing place for a shoot good lighting and spacious environment lots of different rooms to capture some really good images. Hosts was really polite and respectful made me feel welcome couldn’t ask for anything more can not recommend this place enough. Fantastic!

HB Mansion was a great place for my commercial lifestyle shoot, Al being very welcoming and helpful, all the rooms were perfectly presented ready to be shot in and offers a clean modern luxury styled backdrop for any shoot. Well recommended and look forward to returning some time soon.

Yesterday I had my first shoot at HB Mansion. It's an impeccably furnished home with sophisticated finishes and unrivalled details throughout.The spacious entrance room is adorned with a soaring chandelier. The owner Alistair was affable and allowed me to use most of the home. I had a lovely two hours there and would recommend it to every one.

I have shot at HB Mansion 4 times and I’ve enjoyed shooting here each time. The place is always absolutely spotless and immaculately tidy. Al is a great host and runs both studio days and full days equally well, he is very balanced as a host too- on hand and available to help if needed and also keeps himself busy with his own work.

The venue itself is beautiful with lots of variety to shoot luxury, fashion, lingerie and glamour perfectly.

Highly recommended and I will definitely return soon!

What an amazing place to shoot. Totally spoiled for choice with backdrops and rooms. You could literally spend days shooting here and never run out of ideas.

Lovely host, tea and conversation. Easy to find off the M25 too.

I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Today I had a very nice videoshoot in Hm mansion. Al and Rachel is a very pleasant couple. They are very friendly and it was really nice to meet them. The house is more than amazing, it is the lovely place to shoot Fashion photoshoots/videoshoots there. There are a lot of gorgeous rooms there, the furniture is luxury, everything looks very elegant and expensive. It is ideal place to get amazing photos and videos, it could be impossible to find something better. I am absolutely satisfied with my videoshoot there. Al and Rachel treat models and photographers really great. Highly recommend to book it and shoot there, you will be satisfied with everything😊100%

Very ultra modern and large house with neat gardens and with great hosts Al and Rachel who make the house even more pleasurable to work at, they're always making sure that you're ok and whether you need anything.

I look forward to shooting here again and meeting Al and Rachel again

Wow, this is one amazing place. Excellent pre shoot communications. Very welcoming with a lovely cup of coffee to start the day.

This place is immaculate, and I mean immaculate. Nothing was out of place. An area was set as side with a mirror for make up which was a great idea.

The whole house has so much natural light streaming in and all the rooms were beautifully dressed.

The friendly hosts let us do our own thing and to be honest we hardly saw them except at the beginning and end of the shoot.

This is a wonderful place to shoot. Very highly recommended

Back from a shoot at the HB Manison today! It is even more amazing in person! A very beautiful place to shoot! Plenty of natural light. Every room is stunning and the hosts are welcoming as well as their gorgeous pets. So many sets can be done. Book now! You will not be disappointed.

The place as so many opportunities, I don't know if one could ever run out of ideas.

As always Al was a great host, chatty and available without being obtrusive.

Absolutely one of my favourite places to shoot. They arranged a studio day with the most amazing photographers. As soon as I arrived I was instantly warmly welcomed by both owners. The place is just spectacular and absolutely pristine. Such friendly hosts who make you feel so comfortable! The images of the place speaks for itself it’s just stunning, so much light and large high standardised rooms. The cleanest place I’ve ever been :) already starting to plan another visit! There is parking refreshments and outside options too! I’m absolutely buzzing from today! So get in touch it really isn’t one to miss out on! :) thank you for the wonderful hospitality x

First trip to the Mansion set in leafy Surrey.

Huge wow factor the moment the electric gates open. This continues as you walk inside the house and look up the three floors of the entrance hall.

The mansion is full of stunning room locations at every turn, you will be spoilt for choice.

Great preshoot comms, nice tea and very welcoming hosts. Well worth the 3 hour trip each way to shoot in such an amazing location.

What a stunning venue!! It’s so spacious and bright, very modern and high spec, and immaculate throughout, both in interior and the grounds are picturesque. Could shoot here multiple times and still be able to use the space 10 times over and create different concepts. The hosts are very accommodating and a good company was a delight to meet you.

There is everything you need, it was a really pleasant experience for me as it was my first studio day for a long time my previous experiences have been stressful but this one worked a treat and I look forward to shooting there again in the very near future , thank you for having me it was a utter pleasure ☺️

A great way to start back to some normality as it was one of my first shoots back since the lockdown lifted, highly recommended, definitely value for money!

Had another shoot yesterday at this glorious location. Been there twice now, and feel I've hardly scratched the surface; there are so many beautiful rooms, nooks and crannies that shooting possibilities just seem endless.

And as ever, a friendly welcome from the hosts. Perfect.

Wow what a find and pretty much on my doorstep!

Everything about this place is amazing. Pre comms from the owner were clear and concise which I always appreciate.

The property itself is stunning, its super modern but with some nice quirky twists, probably the cleanest house/studio I've ever visited! Really beautifully furnished and with plenty of natural light, in 4 hours I only really scratched the surface and I'll definitely be back.

What a fantastic location, not far from the M25 and wow how beautiful is the house. Lovely light rooms, great garden and love the Hot tub. Hosts are so wonderful, they clearly want us all to feel welcome and made the whole experience of shooting even more pleasant.

Would highly recommend, book yourself a slot you won't be disappointed.

My 2nd shoot at HB and I am loving this house. So many sets, rooms, areas to shoot in. My model just wanted to stay in the hot tub, she was liking it so much. Really nice couple who own it and for me that’s defiantly a plus point. I brought my studio light with me, but didn’t really need it, because of all the natural light there.

I booked a shoot at hb mansion to capture some drone footage and interior shots. Al was more then welcoming and after a quick tour we was left to our own devices. Hb mansion is a great location and we will definitely be back in the near future.

What an amazing place for a studio day!!! I had the most amazing studio day today at HB Mansion and what a fab place!

Al's pre comms were spot on and through out the bookings of the studio day.

Today was a blast and Al & Rachel were the perfect hosts, Along with their adorable fur babies. The Mansion is stunning, So many rooms to choose from and what a walk in wardrobe!! The light floods the place and the stairs is perfect to get all the angles.

The day ran smoothly and nothing was too much to ask.

I can't wait to sort another shoot or studio day back here as it is one of a kind and a must for all to shoot at.

I very highly recommend HB Mansion!!
