Who I Am

I've been a professional photographer since 1993.
I am based in Paris but I often travel between Milan, Berlin, London, Amsterdam and New York where I recently opened a new photography studio.
Furthermore, in Paris, I own an art gallery where I curate exhibitions of contemporary photographers (as well as my own personal exhibitions).  

For work I mainly shoot with medium format digital cameras. Very often, however, for my artistic creations, I use large format analogue photography. I am passionate about black and white photography, with which I have taken my most loved and best-known portraits. I am currently dedicating myself to engaging artistic projects, with a view to publish three new photographic books will be edited and distributed by a well-known specialised "Maison D'Edition" based in France.
My aim here - and in general - is to build strong professional relationships with models, MUAs, and other professionals in the industry to consolidate a network of reliable and valuable collaborations. I am open to receiving requests for commissioned works or collaboration proposals should these be compatible with my vision of photographic art.   I am a member of several professional associations in different countries: UPP (France), PPA (US), AFIP International (Italy) of which I am also a member of the board of directors, ASC (as Director Of Photography).

Legal note

To avoid problems and misunderstandings with the models, keep in mind that the contract that I sign with those who collaborate with me takes effect upon signing (physically or digitally) the standard document that I generally exchange at the end of a casting with the pre-selected professionals. The contract in question provides all the protections for the photographer, the models and any other required professionals. It is a document with international validity and complies with the regulations in force in the EU, UK and USA on the sale/purchase of professional services.
This document contains all the elements to resolve any disputes or simply to fully understand the terms of the collaboration: dates, applied rates, requested releases, confirmatory and penitential deposit and any exceptions.
This document therefore remains the only agreement that has legal value between the parties.
