Andrew got on the train for a Valentines themed remote shoot with me - and it was fantastic! 😃 This has been a bit of a thing this year for me, because sometimes these themed "time o year" ideas can be a bit cliche or overdone. The challenge was to make it mega, and fun using creative use of outfits, good lighting, a bespoke-built setup which took absolutely ages to make... 🙈 And the final ingredient: some awesome photographer people on board for one-to-one shoots to add their touch and bring the magic to life! 😍 By this point, Andrew and I had done a number of remote shoots and he was always a real joy to shoot with and up for different things. My remote system has adapted more and more since the day I started doing them so it means a lot when photographers are willing to jump in and do them later down the line (even when we're not relying on them because of in-person restrictions etc!) It's actually still cool that we can do this, since sunny Yorkshire would be quite the drive for Andrew!

I gotta say we covered some lush variety. 📷👌 Fancy dresses, crystal lingerie and body jewellery, high key and low key... There was even time for me to dash up to my home so that we could sneak in a cheeky few shots with my rainbow stairs! 😁 The images we nailed were just full of cuteness with bright colours, or edge where the lighting came into play to really bring out the pose. It's the first time I have ever tried to do something innovative with a background in a bodyscape set for example - Andrew owed it with some sublime shots captured doing well to time my intense breathing and tensing pattern for this style (even with slight remote lag haha!) So that was something very different for both of us to shoot. 🙂 The whole shoot was packed with great yield though, I think it just goes to show that - even if you haven't yet had the chance to work in-person (although that did change a little while after this shoot!) you can still develop a top working alliance with people and work really well together in bringing looks to life! Andrew is such a great person to work with because he knows what interests him from a photographic perspective, but he also welcomes models giving their input valuing the whole practice of working as a team and pushing suggestions into the mix. I really enjoy this element of shoot with Andrew, and the proof is in the pudding as we've had several very awesome shoots which have resulted in us working better each time and making some super priddy pictures! 😁

As I have mentioned before - I can 100% vouch for Andrew in being a decent, well-mannered and kind person who shows no end of respect to his models and makes it incredibly easy to gel into a happy working atmosphere. Even when working remotely you can still sense a degree of a shoot working, or like when you "click" which I know everyone will know what I mean by that. It's different to being in-person, yes; but I feel that when I finally did meet Andrew for an in-person shoot at last, that my judgment and positive experiences with him before through tethered shooting mirrored his courteous nature on the in-person shoot too. 😊 He is essentially a fabulous person with a heart of gold; someone you can chat away to mid-shoot and between sets and always have more to chat about. All adding to the positivity I have taken away from each and every time we have worked together. 🌟

I had my first shoot with Andrew yesterday and despite nothing going to plan logistically we still managed to have a great day and capture some beautiful images together.

Pre comms were perfect - couldn't fault them at all - and I turned up with a clear idea of what we working towards.

Andrew is a gentleman and is very respectful. He even offered to carry my bags through muddy fields after he'd already slipped! The shoot was fun and I would definitely recommend him to other models.

I look forward to seeing the finished results and working together again 😊

I've been shooting with Andrew for over a year now, we did another just before Christmas shoot at Fine and DanDee Studio which was fun and laid back as always.

Andrew had a very clear idea of what he wanted to shoot, let me know in pre comms what to bring and what sort of poses he wanted to capture.

He is also always kind enough to pick me up/drop me off before and after shoots if needed, which I really appreciate.

I would recommend Andrew 100% and look forward to shooting again sometime. :)

Today was the first time I’ve shot with Andrew at Neon Dreams Studio and what a fun day it was.

We arranged to meet for a coffee at a local cafe to chat about themes for our shoot and to get to know each other before heading over to the studio. This was a great idea and I was immediately put at ease. Andrew is a very welcoming and chatty person.

We shot for 4 hours and it flew by. We managed quite a few costume changes and made the most of what the studio has to offer.

Having looked through the camera I am thrilled with what we have created and I can’t wait to show the world.

I had a great remote shoot with Andrew on Sunday morning ! This will be our third shoot now! But first remote one.

He was great with pre-comms and what images he wanted to create. He was friendly, easy to get on with as always and professional! Genuine person!!

We got some lovely natural light images in the bedroom, kitchen and both showers, using some continuous lighting too for a few images 😀

I look forward to seeing these fab edits!

My second remote shoot with Andrew and second ever time working together entirely! :D I’m so happy that remote shooting provided us with this means of being able to connect despite geography saying otherwise! Andrew is a star! 🌟

After first working together at my studio-office space and being on such a roll that we just stayed put - for round two we decided that we should concentrate on my home as a location and see what we could come up with given an entirely different environment. Well: we smashed it again! And got totally different images. :) :) I also feel that, because we’d now worked together once before, that the rapport was there and the confidence to really bounce off one another just lead the way. The images we created were stunningly beautiful: from colour-tastic vibes on my brand new rainbow staircase, to gels... And natural light boudoir posing with the kitty cat! :D Seriously - I just do not have a clue where time went. Which is normally a pretty good sign that y’all had fun and we’re far too immersed in the innovative goings-on than even paying attention to that. :P

Andrew; (as a photographer) is enthusiastic, upbeat, loved getting immediately involved in the tasks of cooking up ideas/moods through to execution, is savvy and conscious of surroundings and tech bits and pieces. We went from sun changing by the milli-second in the boudoir set (from scorcherating to dim) to coloured lights going off in all directions! Nothing phases this man, and he’s always got a “ready-to-rock” disposition which really rubs off on you as the model (and in the instance of remote shoots) the studio/light arranger/assistant. :D

Utterly wonderful person too! We got on like a house on fire on the first shoot, and t’was no different the second time around. :) A huge amount of light-hearted chatter as we worked, ping-ponging ideas/suggestions in a superb model-photographer rapport and just generally having a blast through the whole shoot really! What more can you say! Andrew is good-hearted, polite and with perfect manners. I’d totally rush to work with him again either remotely or in-person... And I definitely recommend him highly.
