Brand new creative space, Large House in Liverpool dedicated to creative work, this is not someone's home!!
The house comprises of the following:
6 large rooms
1 large kitchen/diner
4 bathrooms Inc. 4 showers and 2 baths.
Large private garden that is most not overlooked
All areas of the property are free to use
All (legal) shoots are acceptable at the property.
Free on road parking outside the property
IMPORTANT:
There is no studio lighting at the property, you need to bring your own. There is plenty of natural light throughout the property.
Nobody under 18 years old allowed in the property
This is a strictly No Smoking property, vapes are OK.
You enter the property entirely at your own risk and we accept no responsibility for you, your model or your equipment. You will be expected to sign a Disclaimer to this effect and we require photo ID.
A £100 deposit is required on the day, cash or card and will be refunded at the end of the rental period if there is no damage.
