Right now I have back problems so was very appreciate of the help and support. Especially when walking on cobblestones in heels (thank you so much for that)

Felt really comfortable around him and even though it had rained earlier in the day, I think we managed to get some incredible shots! Was wicked to shoot with Rob again, pre shoot communication clear as always, shot in the dark tonight so something new for me - very impressed by the lighting used this evening on a windy dark beach! Have seen back of cam and very happy with a fair few of the images. Precise direction and preparation with reference ideas - a pleasure to work with as always, hopefully will shoot again soon! Highly recommend 💫

Finally managed to shoot with Rob again!

This time we shot some gothic/alt fashion around Cardiff, Rob knows all the best spots to shoot in and I loved having a little walk and talk in the city! The shoot was brilliant, we got an amazing variety of shots, and Rob was great at directing me to get the very best shot possible. The shots all looked amazing on the BOC and I love the edited ones I have seen so far. Always a pleasure shooting with Rob! Thank you :)

I shot with Robert for the first time and it was so much fun! He was really friendly, made me feel welcome and at ease and let me know he was bringing a friend along to help, who was also very lively and became part of the shoot too! Communication before the shoot was good, managed to get some good reference images gathered together. During the shoot, Robert was great and giving direction and really helped me incision what he wanted to create! Time flew by so quickly with the amount of fun and we managed to get some very strong shots! I would highly recommend Rob and he ticks all the boxes for professionalism, friendliness, skills and more! I cannot wait for the next shoot with him! 🙌🏻☺️

Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

Rob came to an event organised by Secretcon here at Basford Hurst Cottage.

Rob is an absolute pleasure to host!!! He's polite, friendly and very easy to talk to. He was always respectful of his fellow photographers and models and made sure to look after our venue throughout the day.

Rob is a true professional and would be welcome back to Basford anytime and I would highly recommend him!!

Really lovely first shoot with Rob this morning in Aberystwyth!

Rob really put me at ease throughout the shoot and the back of camera looked awesome. We shot in several different locations and he had a great eye for picking out places to shoot.

The shoot flowed amazingly and 3 hours flew by!

Highly recommended, and I'd love to shoot with Rob again sometime :)

Had a lovely first shoot with Rob in Cardiff Bay. It was nice and relaxed and he made me feel very comfortable.

He was well prepared with lights, and was great at directing how to pose me.

First studio shoot with Rob. We had a lot of fun, and he had lots of ideas with all the props provided by the studio. We managed to get through a number of outfits in the 3 hours we had, with some really cool photos to show for it.

Rob gave me the option of printing a couple of the photos on a Polaroid after the shoot, which I thought was a really nice touch! Quite unique.

As always, such a blast shooting with Rob. Looking forward to the next one

Beast Awakens

Having known and talked to Rob for ages, and after much lockdown disruption, we finally managed to shoot together, and organised it all in quite a short time frame!

Great pre-comms, knew what he wanted to get, very easy to work with, collaborated well to get the shots, and the results have been fantastic, even shared by DC Comics themselves!

Would highly recommend!!

Had another awesome shoot with Rob. He was happy to try out all my silly ideas, and the results were way better than I could have imagined.

As always, the shoot ran smoothly. Everything was completed in plenty time, and spirits were high the whole time.

Everytime I shoot with Rob, we get something different. I don't think we're going to run out of ideas anytime soon..!!

Third shoot with Robert, absolutely fantastic as always. Pre shoot comms were fab, he brought along a friend to help with lighting and take a few shots of his own too - all was agreed beforehand and went as smoothly as always. We had a limited woodland location and as always Robert made the most of his surroundings and was wicked to have a play with concepts we were all new to.

It's not everyday I'd change clothes in a woodland setting with two blokes nearby but it's a fine example of how much I trust not just this photographer but his judgement in others too.

Speedy send over for images and post shoots comms I can't praise enough, he's excellent to shoot with and is happy to review edits too. Couldn't ask for more, Prepared, punctual and consistent in his work, a real pleasure to work with - book him in!

First time working with Robert :) Pre come we’re great, arrived to agreed location and we took a walk around Cardiff. Robert knew exactly where to go and found nice quite spots to work in.

Thoroughly enjoyed the shoot from start to finish! And he even walked me back to my car- what a gentleman.
