The Basement Studio

The Basement  Studio is a quirky home studio apartment in a lovely Edwardian [url removed]dant with dark wood panelling, a huge ornate wood and marble fireplace,an enormous curved bay window with panelling and lead windows. There is also a quirky garden with fantastic lit statues and even a roll top bath, which looks fantastic at night.

But the main feature is the wonderful basement made up of a large room with a wonderful curved wall and slate boxes, along with several smaller room with fireplaces, quirky doors and wonderful period features. There is also a cosy neutral white [url removed]e are no studio lights here but the apartment has lots of interesting available and natural light. In the basement there is good lighting throughout and power can be provided making setting up and lighting easy, but you will need to bring your own lighting.

Things to note..

The access to the basement is quite tight.. It hasn't been a problem so far but please message to ask if you are unsure.

You will need to bring your own lighting but please bear in mind the small access and staircase to the basement.

Please no nude work in the garden unless agreed at unsociable hours due to the neighbours.

I will always be present to help out and make the tea and coffee!

There is plenty of on street free parking around the apartment.

Rates..

The studio rate is £15 an hour to include the apartment, garden and basement. A discount is available for the day.
