Second time shooting at Basement49, it is an excellently laid out spacious studio with high ceilings and the opportunity to shoot several different sets. Heating is available and Jim is a great laugh and owner who will offer you tea and humour!

There is a wealth of props and backgrounds to choose from, you could quite literally have thousands of different shots and not know it was from one space.

I absolutely loved working in Basement 49 and have worked here a few times before however, this time I was granted the wonderful opportunity to work with Jim. He is just lovely, a true professional and his talents in photography are astonishingly beautiful!

The studio itself is excellent and there is so much space to work with! There are an abundance of props as well, and you can never go wrong with props!

I would absolutely 100% recommend working at Basement 49 and would especially recommend Jim, not just as the host of this studio but as a truly wonderful creative who can capture the most spectacular of images. Thank you again Jim for all of your kind hospitality within the studio and for a great shoot! I really enjoyed working with you!

It was my first time today at basement 49 shooting with vince and meeting jim . What a cool studio . Jim is a lovely guy and supplied me with many much needed cups of coffee on arrival . He even helped me With my bags. What a gent . Studio is spacious and well equipped . Nice big dressing area with well lit mirrors . Good range of props and backdrops ( including a motorbike!) Has a really cool edgy feel to it . Love it . Hope to come back soon .

I was most impressed with Basement49, it's a very spacious and well equipped studio with a variety of working areas and a large dressing area. Clean comfortable and warm, and a warm welcome too with tea and coffee and a tour of the facilities. I hope to shoot there again very soon.

I was booked in Basement 49 for a shoot tonight, and I was completely blown away from the second I seen it.

Without a doubt, the best studio I've shot in. Incredible amount of space, several different settings. Very comfortable, and made to feel very welcome with a cup of coffee immediately.

Dressing room was fantastic and spacious. Actual studio area caters to everyone.

Hopefully I'll shoot here again soon, and I can't possibly say enough nice words to describe this place. Highly recommend.

I was booked in at Basement 49 twice on my few days in Glasgow for my Scotland tour last week.

Its such a lovely place, really friendly, clean, and everything a model should need. I was comfortable and happy shooting there.

Would love to come back at some point!

I shot at Basement49 when I went up to Glasgow to shoot with StephenP and it was great there!

Felt very welcoming, the studio was nice and warm which is always a plus and had a nice chat before getting shown the studio.

They have a few different spaces which I can't wait to try again and see all the types of images you can shoot there!

Oooh and the dressing room is great!

Shot here for the first time last week. It's a great space with a lot of variety. Even better for me the space was nice and warm, and tea and coffee were provided. Everything has been thought of, a great space to work and I would happily do a shoot here again :)

Used the studio for the first time, everything was great. The whole set up of the place allowed for so many different things to be done - along with tea and coffee making facilities and a couch to give a laid back feel too. What an amazing shoot, would definitely recommend.
