Hi and thank you for looking at my profile.

I am an enthusiast photographer who has always had a camera in hand (more so since buying my first digital camera about 5 years ago) for weddings, family occasions and landscapes and I wanted to expand my horizons into a whole new genre.  So far I must say I have enjoyed every moment of the whole process.

I work primarily from my home weekday daytimes or sometimes I can organise hotel shoots as have to work away on the odd occasion.  My home is detached and private in a quiet Hampshire village between Winchester and Andover, with bright rooms and neutral decor.  My garden is large and private and can be used for some outdoor images with a well-tended bright garden as backdrop.

My style - if I have any! - is very much natural.  This means natural light where possible, minimal makeup, trying to capture something of the person behind the model.  Although I do sometimes like to experiment in different areas but these are usually the exception more than the norm.  My portfolio gives a good idea of the images I like to capture and I hope to think it shows an improvement from the early images at the bottom to the newer at the top.

I'm happy to collaborate and provide images for portfolios and to work with a model's own ideas.

As a person who likes people I am naturally chatty and friendly and I'll always provided refreshments if needed and have been known to have a stash of Jaffa cakes at the ready!
