I had the good fortune to have a third shoot with the gorgeous Tanya Atherton on a project I have been planning.
It was based around reprising a set of photographs taken at the embryo LOTUS works in Hornsey in 1958 with the starlet Shirley Anne Field and featured the Le Mans winning Lotus eleven sports race car ... this for a story in a car magazine that I write for.
Tanya, who bears more than a passing resemblence to the young Shirley Anne, was very enthusiastic about the shoot and we finally aligned our diaries.
Despite some personal car challenges, Tanya arrived early and raring to go.
The shoot was so much fun that we didn't stop laughing and bouncing ideas around all day and it was a huge success.
Entering into it with immense enthusiasm and 100% committment, we nailed the shots I needed and had sufficient time to free-style it when they were in the can.
After the Lotus shoot, Tanya enjoyed a 1928 Brooklands racing Morgan threewheeler in one of our "fun shots"... a car capable of laps over 100mph ninety years ago!
I cannot recommend this young lady highly enough and we are working together again very soon (Already booked)
