After finding that my mini-studio (i.e. living room) was a bit too mini, Mercy and I tried the peasant girl shoot in her back garden to see how that worked out.

Well, I'd say it worked out pretty well really...

I'm very happy with the basics. Mercy looked gorgeous. Shooting at nearly midnight on a warm night was lovely. And I don't think we woke anybody up in the process...

The lantern was not quite oriented correctly with the lighting (my bad!) and so a bit more editing needed to be done than I hoped for, but hopefully I've learned a bit more from it...
