Barbarossa Photo. (aka Mark Lycett)

Hiya.

(Please note that, at the present time, I am only taking on paid shoots, TFP or the occasional group/networking shoot.).

First off, thanks for popping in to have a ganders at my portfolio. 

Well, I've been knocking around here for a while now, so I reckon it's about time I updated my profile, eh..

 Quite a bit has happened since I joined PurplePort .

I've worked as a photographer for Channel 4 and with the BBC.

I've had photos published in magazines and newspapers.

One of my photos has been printed on t-shirts by a burlesque performer to promote one of her acts.

A number of my images have been used on band flyers and in Liverpool council event programmes.

I've had framed prints on public display in a gallery and I've completed promo shots for bands, models, various burlesquers and a celeb.

Added to that, I have 58 FPIs (I  did  have more, but people do decide to move away from photography).

Unfortunately, I am without my own studio at the moment, but I'm on the hunt for a new space to create in. In the meantime I'm mostly using the boss Libre studio in Liverpool City Centre. 

If you like my images enough to want to collaborate on a shoot, then please feel free to get in touch. I have a good number of lovely references for you to peruse at your leisure. If you want more confirmation of my professionalism and integrity, just message any of the models I've worked with and ask them. :)

Finally, I'd like to thank all the wonderful individuals (models, performers, make-up artists, designers, stylists, event organisers, fellow photographers etc) that I've had the genuine pleasure of working with since I started on PurplePort. It's been a blast and long may it continue.
