I had a lovely first shoot with Bal at my studio day at The Kiln. Bal was on time and ready to go. He had brought loads of lights and fabric which meant that we could get some very different and creative shots. We worked through loads of ideas and managed to get a lot of work done whilst having a relaxed pace. Bal is so lovely and a perfect gentleman. I have no hesitation in recommending working with him and I hope to do so again soon!

Bal attended a group event with Ivory Flame and myself at Basford Hurst recently. I thoroughly enjoyed our time shooting together both in duos with Holly and solo!

I found Bal to be very polite, easy-going, creative and enthusiastic. Bal had loads of great ideas, was keen to experiment and I could see from the back of the camera he was getting gorgeous images.

I hope to get the chance to work with Bal again in the future!

Ivory Flame

Shot again with Bal at The Boardroom which was really enjoyable! It was great to see Bal has really progressed and upped his confidence with exploring his ideas, trying new and experimental techniques. He set up a range of backdrops (with the help of Phil), used V flats to great effect, adding smoke, lights and cool angles! Loads of really interesting shots and variation of genres. Thank you for the fun and productive shoot Bal :-)

What an amazing shoot I had with Bal,it went really great. Pre-communication was on spot so we discussed all ideas and outfits and Bal built up a mood board and told me what outfits he preferred so we were all ready to shoot.

Bal is a pleasure to shoot with, he is so passionate about his photography, he worked really hard trying a lot of different light settings and set up and was doing his best to get the best results so it was a success.

Bal is a professional,polite and friendly photographer who truly enjoys what he does so our shoot was relaxed, very productive and d creative.

I think we got some amazing shots as they looked great straight out of the camera and I really enjoyed our shoot

What an awesome shoot with the incredible Bal during my recent modelling tour to the West Midlands at my hired apartment.

Prior to shooting pre-communication was excellent and everything was super easy to plan and organise.

On the day of shooting Bal arrived promptly and was so chatty and easy to get on with. I really love how Bal thinks outside of the box creating some really cool and edgy images. I loved the dark style ones the best.

Time flew by as we had such an awesome shoot producing the most fabulous results.

110% recommended would love to shoot with Bal again in the future.

Had a great first shoot with Bal whilst on my tour to Birmingham!

He sent a moodboard which was super helpful and made good use of the shoot space. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, really friendly and polite and we got some fab images!

I would 100% recommend Bal and hope to work with him again next time I'm in Birmingham :)

Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

It was such a pleasure to welcome Bal back to Basford Hurst Cottage to spend the morning shooting with Sinopa Rin on her studio day weekend.

What can we say about Bal that hasn't been said already?? All pre comms were great and everything was so easy to organise - Bal arrived on time with everything he needed and worked well alongside Sinopa to create many incredible images!!!

We always love to see Bal here at Basford, he's always full of ideas and really pays attention to detail. We would of course highly reccomend him and can't wait to see him again soon! Thank you Bal!! :D

I have had the absolute pleasure of meeting Bal a few times at Basford Hurst Cottage when he has attended studio days and group shoots. When he asked me if I would be interested in working with him I was thrilled as I have admired his work for a while!!

Pre comms with Bal were great as always - He sent me through a Pinterest Board with some really great ideas to work bring to life. He arrived on time with everything he needed for the shoot. We worked through many different sets including some portraiture, smashing up a guitar (or pretending to!), getting creative tube lighting and even a Christmas set!! In every set I was so thrilled with the back of the camera. Bal really does pay attention to detail and makes small adjustments constantly to get 'that' shot!!

Our time together absolutely flew by, the conversation flowed and I always felt completely comfortable in Bal's company.

I would of course highly reccomend working with Bal and I look forward to seeing him again soon!! Thank you Bal!!

Bal came prepared with ideas for our shoot. He is very creative and it was amazing to experience new things. Bal is a very talented photographer and very friendly. The shoot went super fast and I could have shoot with him the whole day.

Bal came back to Basford Hurst Cottage yesterday to shoot with Gwendoline Ginoux on her sold out studio day.

It was a pleasure to welcome Bal back to Basford, he is a really wonderful photographer with a great personality and always fun to have around!! Bal worked well with Gwendoline throughout their time together, getting really creative in many areas of the property. Bal even wore his Star Wars shirt, a real bonus when coming to Basford!! ;)

Bal is of course welcome back to Basford anytime and I would highly recommend him!! Thank you Bal!!!

Today I had the pleasure of working with Bal for the first time and I truly hope it’s not the last. Our venue of choice was The Boardroom in Derby.

We shot a collection of dresses and corsets with large skirts the images I saw off the back of the camera are so so beautiful, I am thrilled.

Bal was a complete gentleman, couldn’t do enough for us and had some lovely ideas.

Had a brilliant first shoot with Bal on Christmas Eve. I put a last minute casting up and Bal kindly said he would love to work with me and as soon as I saw his work I was keen to shoot with him also!

The time we had flew by and the images I’ve seen so far are lovely! He is a very professional photographer but also very chilled and laid back and I feel that helps achieve better images!

Looking forward to another shoot hopefully soon and can’t recommend him enough to other models.
