John joined us on our Norse Dragon Armoury Group Shoot on the Saturday Morning. It was a total joy to work with John; he was a true professional and respectful through out. His communication was spot on pre and post shoot, as well as during, and he got some awesome images! I would definitely recommend John to others, and hope to work with him again in the future!

I had my third shoot with John in Chester. The weather was amazing and he had another photographer with him called Julie who is lovely and she also took some amazing photos. John was coaching Julie and between the three of us we worked really well and had a lot of fun. Am looking forward to our next shoot x

I had a brilliant second shoot with John today and his friend Gwilym was with him, who is another photographer. John is an amazing photographer, who makes you feel at ease and you can have a good laugh with, which makes a lovely working environment but the time went so quickly. Am looking forward to working with John again in the near future and thank you John for a great afternoon. Highly recommend

John attended on a group studio event ran by C&L Studios, on which I was booked as the model for the day. This was our first time working together though I'm quite sure it will not be the last - it was an epic encounter! :D Even though there were multiple photographers attending, the event allowed good one on one shooting time so that we were still able to form rapports and you get a feel for the kind of looks that each photographer wants. I felt that this was definitely the case with John and he was such a joy to have the pleasure of shooting with. :)

The schedule for the day meant that there was a fabulous variety of styles that we got the chance to cover, from fashion/beauty to pinup glamour. As I modelled through the different poses relative to the styles, John would give lovely and encouraging feedback to the poses/details he liked as could direct as well as allowing me to flow which gives me the best continuation of movement from one shape/expression to the next. John captured so many stunning shots keeping up the positive communication throughout which makes for a lovely working atmosphere. This kind of creative gelling with people makes a shoot so much more enjoyable; sure part of the job is posing for a set look/picture but it's the wonderful creative team influences that form along the way that are rewarding too. :) So thank you John for being such a star to work with: goodness knows how many giggles were bellowed out, plenty of nattering both mid-shoot and during the switch-overs... But all the while, John was kind and respectful with a totally professional approach to shooting with models. A genuinely decent guy.

John has kindly let me share and repost some of the beautiful edits he has posted; he managed to catch emotion, expression in his images so effortlessly and they really do sparkle. It's a wonderful feeling seeing the fruits of such an amazing creative day after the event.

A photographer I do recommend, very highly indeed! And I honestly do hope we get the chance to work together once more before too long. Thank you a bundle John!

We met for the first time at Hawn Studio.

Johnty has a really pleasant manner about him and I enjoyed our banter. Watching him work the models I realised how knowledgable Johnty was and how he fully understood the art of photography.

I had the pleasure of shooting with Johnty at a group networking shoot at Hawk studios, and what a lovely, knowledgeable photographer. He wasn't afraid to get in there and take shots, whilst being very laid back making a busy shoot feel as though there was all the time in the world. He also makes a model feel very at ease.
