What can I say about this awesome space?!! I got the chance to work at Atlas studio both days this weekend (one on a duo shoot, the other a model day) and I couldn't have wished for more!

The space is just incredible, so many possibilities! I was a little concerned on day 2 that the light may start to fade for the later sessions but had no problems at all! There is just so much potential in every direction you look! There is also a lovely CLEAN changing area/green room and toilets/kitchen facilities which was really helpful! :)

Rob is one of the nicest studio owners I've ever come across! He helped with all the preparation for the model day and was on hand to assist throughout the whole weekend, though mainly kept out of the way in his office. Every email I sent was answered instantly and everything just went so smoothly it was almost unreal!

Of course I had to ruin this by getting an injury (not any fault of the studio just my own fault!) Rob is first aid trained and immediately came to help. After the shoot he also drove me to A&E and sat with me until I was seen by a doctor. His kindness and generosity really blew me away and turned what could have been an awful situation into something very easy to deal with!

I can't thank Rob enough for being so accommodating this weekend and to say it was the first ever model day at the studio I think we set the standards pretty high!!

Very highly recommended studio! I can't wait to be back again!

Absolutely great place to shoot with natural light - there is masses of it.

All usual facilities are there, lots of different areas to shoot and loads of props too.

Very good indeed and definitely recommended from me.

WOW!!! - No image could do this place justice, it is HUGE!!!!! I mean HUGE!!!! So many amazing oppourties for amazing photographs!!! Such a great place! The natural light is amazing and there is tonnes of it!!! Everything about the place is stunning! With lots of eye catching features!!

Rob is just wonderful! Always on hand to help and nothing is too much trouble! Not to mention how efficent and organised he was!! He has already made the studio into such a great place to work and I look forward to seeing his developments to the place!! Also he has a wonderful collection of props!!

Just magnificent! Cannot recommend it highly enough!

Absolutely top notch. Shot here again and will definitely be back. Such a huge and varied space offers so many possibilities I don't think you could ever get bored. Rob is a brilliant and very patient host who put up very well with me and two crazy models creating havoc in his studio! I can't recommend enough, superb!

A random search for a studio in Bolton, turned up this gem! Amazing and evocative location, with stacks of potential. Rob the owner was on hand as needed and the facilities were great. Good room for changing, decent toilets etc. Really enjoyed working in this individual space and look forward to going back.

Today was my first shoot at this incredible studio! I was absolutely blown away by the space with endless possibilities for places to shoot. Plenty of natural light in every room we used and it was lovely and warm all day (though the weather was very kind to us).

Rob was very friendly and helpful throughout the time I was there and I'd absolutely love to come back and shoot again and again - there is just so much potential!

One of my all time favourite places to work!

Third shoot at ATLAS and I can't help but think I have only scratched the surface of the possibilities of the shots I could do here. I'm already booked in again for next month. It has to be seen to be believed! In addition to the amazing space and lovely natural light Rob, the manager, is incredibly helpful, good humoured and easy to deal with. Really can't fault it apart from its not close enough for me to go there every weekend! Definitely recommended.

This is an amazing space to work in! to call it a studio is a great injustice, its a huge space that fills you with creative ideas, you could spend days there and never use the same area twice.

It is great for natural light but also well equipped for flash

Rob is a fantastic host and nothing was to much trouble for him,I shot here last minute as the venue I had planned ended up unsuitable and Rob was very accommodating and helpful.

I will be planning all my Manchester shoots here in future!!!

Just finished two shoots at Atlas Studios. Had previously had a tour by Rob who is so enthusiastic about the place and rightly so.

The studio is work in progress but the shoot is fantastic lots of open space as well as stair wells and natural light. Even a lift up to the studio so carrying equipment is made easy.

The free to use Props are great one of my model even designed a christmas living room shoot.

It is a pleasant airy place with a warm welcome from Rob who is there to help as required or disappears if not needed.

Excellent brewing facilities.

As stated this is work in progress but don't let this put you off you will not be disappointed if you book time here

Yesterday was my first shoot at Atlas. I wasn't really sure what I was going to find when I got there. I basically had my mind blown! The space is vast and the possibilities almost endless. There are so many different textures, spaces and colours in the mill its not really possible to convey in words it has to be seen to be believed. It's nice that there haven't been many changes made to the building so it has a very authentic look. There was an awful lot of dust and my model and I were both filthy at the end of four hours which I know is something the owners are addressing. The natural light is strong in most areas to the point where I didn't even bother getting any of the lights out. Although the Mill is a bit chilly the changing room was very cosy which my model certainly appreciated. Rob was a very accommodating host, helpful, pleasant, and clearly passionate about the space. He didn't even charge me for the lights and gave me a lift to the station then proceeded to rescue my model when she missed her train. All in all it was a fantastic experience and a real bargain for the price I paid. I will most definitely be returning and thoroughly recommend it. My only complaint is that it isn't closer to where I live!

What more can you ask for, if your looking for an industrial / editorial photoshoot this venue would take some beating, very professional operation, loads of shooting opportunities, green room, changing room, toilets, kitchen, safe and secure, really great venue and I am sure will only improve with even more shoot locations and backgrounds in the future, Highly recommended.
