References for Apollo Photography

I had a fun shoot with Apollo Photography on Wednesday at a location nice and local.

A little chilly but experimental with lots of humour.

I was made to feel very welcome and had plenty of laughs. A few glimpses at shots throughout and I was liking what I saw.

I can't wait to see the work we created!

Already had talks about shooting together again.

Key

First shoot I've ever done with Apollo and I would definitely shoot again with no hesitations. He made me coffee and bought me food and let me set up with my makeup in his studio space. Usually every studio I've ever been to has been freezing cold -- and it was nice to be in a warm studio for a change! But perhaps that was down to all the lighting...

As there are still things I need to improve on wrt posing, he helped me out by giving me tips for more dynamic poses, bending the joints and creating poses with that bit of extra "oomph". Not to mention, he has a great sense of humour which really made me feel at ease.

He showed me the images and as we were shooting had them up on two screens, which helped me to see where I was going wrong with my poses and brush up for the next photo, something I always appreciate. We have created some amazing photos from what I can see... I just can't wait to get them back!

I would highly recommend Apollo, especially to newer models who struggle with poses and need pointers on them.

Had my first ever studio shoot on Saturday. Steve was freindly, easy to chat to, and made awesome coffee.

His ideas were creative and acheivable, he also took the time to explain things to me, and give constructive Criticism which helped me improve.

His time and patience produced some beautiful images, and has given me pointers to work on.

Much appreciated and highly recommended.

Had a really fun shoot with Steve today. Steve is friendly, professional, chatty and very creative. His ideas flowed, as did his conversation and the cups of coffee.

I appreciated the constructive criticism Steve gave, and felt that by doing so, I was able to improve.

I highly recommend working with Steve at his studio, and hope I get the opportunity to work with him again.

I have been to Steves studio a couple of times and enjoyed both from the first time I went I felt comfortable and at ease such a great guy would love to arrange another shoot in the near future

What a photographer! The skill is just unique. Brilliant shoot with lots of ideas flowing and great constructive comments throughout. I felt 100% relaxed and comfortable and had such a laugh. Definitely recommend!

My 1st shoot today with this awesome guy we did a water balloon shoot and omg i laughed more than anything lol. He is a bubbly chatty fella and we got on very well. It was a very interesting splashing shoot lol and im hoping the idea he thought of comes out ok.

Will def work with him again

Another great shoot with Steve yesterday with fantastic shots.We even got to use a wind machine!!

I'd definetly recommend Steve for a shoot as he is friendly,keeps the coffee coming and always listens to any ideas you have.

Spent a few hours with Steve at the Apollo photography studio today.

Great guy, great fun, great ideas and absolutely love the images ( sent to me the same day! ) amazing.

Spent a few hours with Steve today. Had a great shoot ! Steve was fantastic, made me feel completely at ease. This was my first 'outdoor' shoot and even though it was FREEZING (lol) I thoroughly enjoyed it ! Looking forward to the results :-)

Just back from a shoot with the lovely Steve. What can I say but the most fun I have had. We had a wet shoot and also used uv paint, so very wet and messy but lots of fun and laughter all round. Steve makes you feel very comfortable and he is well prepared. I felt so at ease and relaxed and can't wait to work with him again. Great ideas very professional, you can also see whilst working with him he loves what he does as full of energy and enthusiasm. Top Marks Steve x

I have worked with Steve before at a group event, this time however I worked with him as an individual. Steve was hospitable and fun to work with, a talented and interesting Photographer. Communications where good, I love the images and we are already talking about future shoots.

Helped out at Steves Model Workshop yesterday with 3 other photographers, have to say, it was great fun and such a lovely group of men, very respectful and very amusing! Hope the guys got the imags they were after. Highly recommend and would love to work with Steve and the guys again!

I forgot to leave a reference! I don't remember the exact day of the shoot, but I was made to feel relaxed and was guided well, I was a little late and Steve was fine with this. The studio was in great condition and Steve was ready to go when I arrived. I truly had fun on this shoot.

We then did another shoot recently in the woods, it was decided at short notice to be a location shoot due to the beautiful weather - again we had lots of fun. Steve picked me up on time and I felt very comfortable working with him. I would highly recommend Steve and have done to a few friends already!

A great photographer with an excellent studio. Steve has a great attitude towards photography and put me at ease straight away. A joy to work with and someone I would happily recommend to others and work with again.
