Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

Antony came back to Basford Hurst Cottage to shoot with Anna Chum on her two day sold out studio event.

It was a pleasure to welcome Antony back to Basford, all pre comms were great and he arrived on time with everything he needed for the shoot. During the shoot he was extremely helpful with setting up and taking down one of our backdrops and made sure to look after the location throughout the shoot.

The back of the camera looked great and he was always respectful of Anna throughout their shoot time. We would highly reccomend Antony and look forward to seeing him again soon. Thank you Antony.

Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

Antony came to Basford Hurst Cottage to shoot with Cheryl Leigh. All pre comms with Antony were great and he arrived on time with everything he needed for the shoot.

Whilst here at Basford Antony was completely respectful of our location and made sure to ask if he ever needed anything. He is polite, friendly and easy to talk to and worked well alongside Cheryl throughout their time here.

We would absolutely reccomend Antony and we look forward to welcoming him back to Basford again soon!! Thank you Antony!!

His comms over the last few weeks have been great and the mood board he sent me had some really fab ideas that I'm sure we pulled off.

I had the absolute pleasure of spending a couple of hours with Anthony today. He sent me some ideas beforehand so I knew what to pack well in advance (so helpful when you're planning a tour!), and on the day I found him to be super laid-back, kind and professional. He shot some beautiful, creative and varied images that I look forward to seeing edited and we had a laugh in the process. Yesterday I took part in a group shoot that Anthony had organised. As one of the two models there, I was well looked after, and the shoot went well. All of the photographers got on with each other, taking a series of photos against the backdrop of the Roaches in Staffordshire, a very well-chosen site, with the magic hour light being particularly effective. Although the nature of group shoots means that I didn't get to work with Anthony as much as would have been the case at a one-to-one shoot, he was easy to get along with, and clearly knows a lot about photography. I look forward to seeing the photos from the shoot, and I would strongly recommend working with him.

I was so pleased to meet and work with this lovely gent when the opportunity arose during an organised flour workshop hosted at Natural Light Spaces studio! :D What better way to shoot together for the first time than with a super cool theme too!

It’s one of the last shoots I was able to do before the second lockdown of the year set in - thus I’m massively grateful that the event could go ahead as planned and I got to team up with the small, but wonderful photographer groups of that day: of which Anthony was a part of. :) My job does feel exceptionally rewarding with experiences like these - the memories living on in fabulous photos of which Antony has already kindly shared with me! Just take a peek through our profiles and you’ll get an idea of the level of creativity that was rocking and rolling. :D Everything was set up to ensure that we could work safely during an obviously precarious time (as we know) and this allowed our minds at rest and to subsequently concentrate on rapports and picture-making without that weight of worry. The one-to-one allocated shooting windows meant that I was able to connect with Antony as an individual creative... And it’s the only way in all honesty because he’s a terrific and passionate photographer who thinks carefully about the work he seeks to produce, putting a lot into it. He came well-prepared with some ideas even that enabled us to ride off the inspo and get some unique shots in the time that we were working together. And my - talk about catching that moment! :D Savage hair flicks, mood and drama amidst all those messy clouds of wonderful flour hehe! I have much admiration for Antony’s approach and involvement in the day - plus his visual focus and abilities to make a photo with great impact.

A truly nice guy and someone who comes offering utmost professionalism and courtesy towards everyone else there on the day. I felt very at ease and confident working with Anthony... Plus we also did a fair bit of chatting and laughing as we worked and during the breaks/downtime which is always cool and makes a shoot that bit more fun. :) He came across very well in my eyes, and is someone I would happily recommend to other models. Also hoping very much to get the chance to shoot together again in the future at some point!

Pre-comms could not be faulted and he was honestly just easy to work and communicate with from start to finish.

He takes great pride in his work and is always willing to go the extra mile. I had some shots in mind so he went a researched the lighting set up needed to recreate the images and pulled it off brilliantly.

I was super happy when Antony asked to attend my Trio event with Tillie Feather and Nico Dee at Natural Light Spaces, as I have met Antony a few times prior to this, and have been honoured to watch his photography skills progress throughout his time shooting.

Antony was early, was prepared, and had an abundance of ideas ready to go!

Before the event started I discussed with all photographers how the event would be run, and the few rules that I had, and they all agreed to comply without hesitation, which increased my trust in those attending.    

Ant is super nice - he has a warm aura around him that makes you feel comfortable immediately, and he is majorly respectful. He is a very creative man with a great deal of talent, and is always willing to learn more.

I really hope that Ant likes the images he created as much as I do! He did a great job, and working with him is a total dream.

I had the absolute pleasure in working with Antony on an event with Tillie over at NLS.

He carries such a great presence of kindness & joy with him that you can instantly tell what a genuinely lovely guy he is. He is the sort of person that you want to come across in this industry and when doing so you it just reiterates why you love your job!

Antony has produced some utterly stunning images from the event, so good I would have them printed up on my wall. For someone who hasn't been shooting models a long time he is doing an amazing job so keep at it buddy!
