When I work with people in the studio, I want them to feel comfortable with me and our surroundings, and to enjoy a collaborative shooting partnership, starting with some ideas but refined to reflect the subject's style and personality. 

I work mostly with husband BobG and we have enjoyed shooting many lovely, funny and creative models from NI, and around the world, sharing a small selection of these images in my portfolio!  

I took up photography after early retirement from a career in archaeology, and it is an absorbing and relaxing replacement! 

Much of my pleasure is in creating images, but I have also use them to gain photographic distinctions and acceptances in exhibitions and international salons. I am not a genre-specialist, I shoot travel, landscape and any wildlife that wanders into it, and, since my husband is a semi-retired pro photographer, I have learned to shoot/love sport. I have retired from shooting sport in bad weather and  2nd camera at any weddings.
