I am a UK Midlands-based photographer who enjoys working in a range of photographic styles.

As some friends here know, 2018 turned out to be a devastating year for me personally, and my interest in photography inevitably declined. I hope to resume in 2019. 

I'm happy working with models of all types, and I particularly welcome collaborations for artistic portrait, figure and character work. 

My home studio provides an environment for creating many of my images where I enjoy working with natural or studio lighting, and always aim to produce tasteful and distinctive images. I also use other studios as necessary. The summer months give me a much-appreciated opportunity to work outdoors although as we don't have so many striking landscapes here in the Midlands, mostly my images simply feature gardens, streams or woodland.

I enjoy shooting in most styles although I have a preference for a classical, theatrical or a cinematic look. I like to include some story-telling through the image, from simple portraits showing aspects of the subject's own character, to conveying emotion through the body in figurative poses. I also enjoy working with multiple models to create ensemble images with interaction.

For TFP I would always consider meeting a model's personal expenses, and welcome opportunities to shoot with models of all ages and experience. Models communicating or working with me are always treated with respect, levels are always respected and input welcomed.
