Hi, thank you for looking at my port.

I am Amy-Jane a fully qualified (and insured) freelance MUA and Hair Stylist and based in Southampton and happy to travel.

I have gained over 5 years experience since graduating from a private course through The Guild of Beauty and Beauty Therapists. Since then, I have carried out several refresher courses in places such as [url removed]se Training Academy and many others to keep up to date with all of the latest trends. All certificates, accreditation and insurance documents can be provided if required. As well as this, I have also gained over 2 years experience as a Makeup Artist on the luxury brand Benefit Cosmetics.

I specialise in Bridal Hair and Makeup as well as beauty therapy elements day to day however have worked on multiple film sets and alongside some fantastic models and actors in a more creative light. I am confident in all aspects of the trade including prosthetics and SFX (special effects) Makeup.

I take on at least one TFP project a month to keep creativity flowing! I am always open to interesting ideas and have many of my own in the planning stages.

**For TFP projects I do expect to be sent at least 10 high res edited images (or be given written permission to edit myself / get edited) per shoot within 3 weeks of shoot completion. All photos I have contributed to must credit me as MUA / Hair Stylist as applicable whenever they are used. I will always credit anyone that I work with whenever I post copies of the photos.

My rates are as follows:Half a day (4 hours) - £60Full day (8 hours) - £100 

This includes as many change of looks as required as well as touch ups on set. Any time over is charged at £15 per hour. For all shoots I do a lot of research and preparation, this is all included in my rates.
