I worked with Alan for the first time at my lovely little studio "Heavenly Bodies Studio" and had a wonderful shoot!!

It was the first time I had booked with Alan, so I'm always a little nervous but his comms were so professional, creative, full of ideas with a fantastic mood board of inspiration so I knew exactly what was wished and hoped for.

We had a wonderful 3 hour set exploring fashion to art nudes in the studio and I absolutely LOVED the results! The film noir photographs were beautiful!

Alan set up wonderful lighting, which was very flattering for my figure and form and gave great direction. He was also very kind to share photographs afterwards and it was a two way creative process. He aims for quality work and it really comes across in his approach.

As a person he is a gentleman, kind and fantastic company and someone I would highly recommend other models and creatives to work with.

I lovvvveeeedd working with Alan at Kempston Studios. He was so professional, creatively inspirational and easy to work with. From our first zoom to shoot day he was fab at discussing ideas and concepts and his communication was excellent. We had a 4hour shoot and got some really stunning mystique, art nudes and bodyscapes. I was so happy with bringing the ideas to life and seeing the result of our collaboration! I can highly recommend Alan as a creative who just has it and gets it. Love having Alan at the studio, well prepped, on time, great models, great sense of humour and chat and just as good images.

Alan worked a half day with Mogana Marie art nude style on a mutually combined moodboard.

Morgana seemed happy with the images that they were getting as could be seen on Alan tethered laptop.

Bodyscape images at the end of the session were top quality.

Great to have Alan back again on the studio.

Alans shoot plan is always very simple and was clearly described to his model Morticia Avery and as Alan shoots tethered both model and photographer can review images as they go to get the best angle and pose.

Alan ha a specific brief and once he has achieved this he is content. The whole shoot is relaxed and fun and models love shooting with Alan.

This was my first time working with Alan at Kempston Studio. Alan is very lovely, down to earth and such a breeze to get along with. We even became 👍Oooo Camper fwends! 👍

You can see he has a very creative eye and knows just what works well for each shot, creating some very dynamic shadows.

I hosted the lovely Alan last week at the studio for a 4 hour shoot and he was an absolute joy! Friendly, polite, eloquent, easy-going and the perfect gentleman!

We shot for 4 hours using a wide variety of backdrops, curtains, furniture and props and Alan created some very wonderful images; he is visibly very passionate and creative, and that combined with his knowledge of lighting makes for something very special.

Thank you Alan for a wonderful shoot, you are welcome back any time and come very highly recommended!

I worked with Alan recently as part of my studio weekend at Kempston Studio. Alan came well prepared with ideas, and was incredibly easy to work with. Working tethered really helped, and the RAW pictures I've seen and edits so far have been amazing. Very polite, open to suggestions and respectful.

Second visit from Alan today with model Caitlyn and as previous reference Alan is just a great photographer and nice chap. Shooting tethered means the model can review the images as shot and there were some truly lovely ones again.

🎞 Kempston Studio [Studio Hire, Bedford] 🎞

Alan attended the Roxy M studio day having travelled 2 hrs early morning to be here.

Alan had some specific shots he wanted to recreate and shooting tethered allowed both Roxy and Alan to review and tweak to get the shots nailed.

There were some really nice images produced on the day and I really look forward to being tagged in a few.

Alan knows his lighting and camera settings and I believe the shoot was a great success for all involved.

Alan made his model comfortable with plenty of breaks if needed but bought something different to the party which made a refreshing change.

Happy to recommend Alan and really hope he will be back here soon challenging me with lighting set ups.

Artemis Fauna

Alan booked onto the Pipewell duo event Ivory Flame and myself hosted last month and I am so glad he did!

Alan is super lovely to work with- instantly chatty, fun and interesting.

The entire day flew by and we all got some wonderful images- working in different genres from portraits, nude, fashion and lingerie.

Alan had some specific ideas he wanted to try on the day and I really love the results!

Our first visit from Alan who spent half a day shooting with Ivory Flame. He's really friendly, relaxed and a pleasure to talk to. Alan's enthusiasm and creative nature were apparent as soon as we started to walk around the grounds so we knew they'd be exceptional shots incoming and we're certainly not disappointed now that he's posted some up - fast work! 8D

We've no hesitation in recommending Alan to anyone who gets the opportunity to work with him - you're bound to have a great time and get some fabulous results!

Another fab shoot with Alan! This time at Two Wei House. I loved exploring this lovely location for the first time with Alan, we got beautiful light and Alan captured it all SO brilliantly. He is a total delight to work with, really easy going, considerate, positive and a fantastic photographer. Whole-heartedly recommended. Can't wait for the next time! :-)

I recently had my first shoot with Alan at an event hosted by Ivory Flame at Pipewell Hall.

Alan was fantastic to work with, he was kind and respectful throughout we captured some lovely images! I honestly had so much fun working with the true Gent.

We explored lots of locations around and inside the house. Alan's use of these locations was wonderful, he really has a creative eye for capturing something different. His composition and use of light is just beautiful. I know we got so many beautiful images together, I really hope I get another chance to work with him again in future :)

Ivory Flame

I had a blast working with Alan again this time at beautiful Pipewell Hall with myself and Cariad. He was an absolute pleasure to shoot with - enthusiastic, thoughtful, engaging and with such an artful style - his images are just stunning!!! Such a talented photographer and lovely person :-)

I loved working with Alan for an afternoon at A Scorpion Residence recently. His communication was perfect and he was such an easy going, friendly, down to earth individual. He values quality over quantity and took time to chat, discuss, build rapport and review images to get fantastic results, and make the shoot a relaxed, enjoyable experience. He was encouraging of collaboration, has a fantastic creative eye, and the final images are really striking!

Totally professional, respectful and considerate throughout. I'm thrilled to be working with him again soon and I can very happily recommend him to others.
