I’m a bit late for adding the reference but better late than never!!

I’ve used alia twice.

Alia is fantastic!! She’s an absolute joy discussing and arranging. She’s fun she’s creative and loves to experiment! Which is great as I love a dramatic kind of drag queen style look lol.

She turned up early. She were up front with costs.

Her communication is flawless. As is her make up!

She takes great care and pride in her work. She’s understanding and non judgmental to your needs.

Would I recommend alia??? Too right I would!!!

I’ll be continuing to use her.

Alia-Michelle is a pleasure to work with, professional, friendly and on the ball! Pre-shoot communications were fantastic and on the day, where she did the make up for our open day at Empire Arches, she did a wonderful job and was very attentive with touch ups of make up and fixing hair during the shoot. We would highly recommend her.

What an amazing gal! We probably could have spoken about products all day. She is so knowlegeable which meant I could really geek out when talking about makeup. Amazing personality and lots of makeup ideas to bring to a shoot. Great collection of makeup...and she probably only brought the travel version of what she actually owns. You can tell she really loves what she does.

I had the great pleasure of working with Alia on a UV/dark-light studio workshop at Scarlet Door.

Alia is very clearly working right at the top of her game - her talent is truly impressive, her artistry something to behold. Alia grafted for six hours, but throughout she was the consummate professional; focussed, yet friendly and engaging.

Would I work with Alia again? In a heartbeat - her skillset and approach will easily turn a good shoot into a truly great one. Would I recommend Alia to other creatives - defo 110%

I worked with Alia on a collaboration shoot in Cambridge by the river. She is very friendly and I found it so easy to talk to her, and it seemed like I had known her my whole life! I love how she done my make up, she is super talented and I would take any opportunity to work with her again :)

Another amazing experience working with Alia yesterday. Pre and post shoot comms were spot on. Moodboards and plans were in place. Everyone involved understood their role and what was expected of them. She created a number of looks very efficiently all of which I was very happy with. She sourced the location and made everyone comfortable offering food and drinks or comfort breaks when necessary. Very good sense of humour and an all round professional. Alia is not only a competent MUA but she is a great hair stylist and has perfect attention to detail when styling and furnishing the set.

Highly recommended and I hope to work together again soon.

Had a 2nd shoot with Alia in as many weeks. Simply, she’s just awesome. Great at her trade (make-up and hair) and a smashing personality to boot. We really do have fun on our shoots. She has a great repore with the models to.

Highly and absolutely recommended.

Had a second shoot with Alia on Wednesday. She's such a pleasure to work with. Really easy to get on with, always happy to offer advice on makeup ! I cannot fault her attention to detail or professionalism. And shes very willing and capable to turn her hand to ideas. I would not hesitate to work with her and would always recommend her.

Had a shoot with Alia-michelle yeasterday. She's an awesome makeup artist her attention to detail is impeccable. I was amazed at her skill in looking at photos and recreating the look instantly. And not only that she was epic at getting involved with the shoot and helping out wherever possible. I would highly recommend her and hope I get to work with her again.

Had my first collaboration shoot with Alia yesterday. Pre comms was great and she came prepared with a HUUUUUUGE makeup kit. Alia is very efficient at her art with makeup and hair changes occurring in very quick time enabling us to shoot 5 different sets during the session.

Easy to get on with, and a good laugh was had by all. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional, efficient and easy going MUA.

Hope to collaborate with you again soon Alia.

I booked Alia for a shoot after having seen her work. The brief was something colourful & dramatic, so very open and dependent on my hair colours that day. She produced a great look, which I was delighted with, & did it in the time she'd estimated. She also did my hair too which was great. She was great on pre-shoot comms, prompt to the shoot and very efficient. She was a real pleasure to work with & I would highly recommend her!

Before the shoot, Alia-Michelle's communication was excellent, clear and professional, giving great confidence that she knew what the brief was and making useful contributions to it. At the shoot, she had quickly worked up a great rapport with the model (and myself) and worked to produce a brilliant result with an absolute minimum of wasted time. A first-class MUA, with whom I'll be working again.

Alia stepped in last minute on a vintage underwear shoot. She is so talented we needed some vintage hair styles to elevate the shoot to the next level, and really push forward the lingerie brand. Alia did two very different period styles, complimenting the work of the Make Up Artist that day. I would always recommend Alia, she is able to learn the uniqueness of the model's face and work with it - that is a rare skill and I have every faith in her when I hear she is on a booking with me. A godsend for a model!

I had an another amazing shoot with Alia! She's was just as bubbly and lovely and her make up skills are superb! We had a lot of fun messing around with glitter for our mermaid shoot and we've already planned for the next one! A very talented make up artist!

Amazing Alia-Michelle - lovely person and talented make up and hair artist. I wish I could keep her in my pocket so I can always look glam! Alia-Michelle's pre-comms for the shoot are fab, we could chat lots about what we wanted to achieve and we nailed it on the day.
