Just back from a fab shoot with Alan, doing some night portraits around newcastle. We'd had to rearrange the shoot from November due to poor weather, so glad we got it done eventually! Alan was down to earth yet, polite and professional throughout, well prepared, and came up with some great locations for us to shoot at. He very kindly dropped me home too, despite my house being the opposite direction to him! Looking forward to seeing the images we got, and recommend Alan to all models :)

Great, pre shoot communications! Arrived on time with top quality equipment. Fantastic images as a result and great fun to work with! Even got wet feet in the ocean to capture the shot! 100% recommended :)

I had a maternity photoshoot with Alan tonight in my home and it went fantastic. Alan is polite and professional and arrived on time with a lot of high tech equipment.

I'm new to modeling and Alan had some great suggestions and really helped boost my confidence. I'm looking forward to our next photoshoot after I've had my baby and can't wait to see the photos from this evening.

I would 100% recommend Alan to other models.

Had my first shoot with Alan last night, couldn’t be happier with the results.

Pre comms were fab and I was comfortable and confident knowing all details of the shoot. We did a night shoot with some lingerie on the infinity bridge and shot for at least 2 hours, he showed me the images after ever set of images he took to make sure I liked them! Safe to say I absolutely loved the photos we got! He made me feel very comfortable and it was really enjoyable and relaxed environment.

I cannot recommend enough working with Alan and hopefully there will be more to come!

Had a fabulous shoot with Alan! He was kind, calm and professional. Gave regular feedback throughout the shoot, come up with some creative ideas and gave me the opportunity to express mine also. Received lots of lovely images back, but most importantly had fun!

Had a really good shoot, there was plenty of laughs and everything was at ease, even though the bridge lacked in lights we winged it and got some really pretty shots.

Alan replied to my casting for a waterfall shoot and having worked with Alan before I knew I'd get some lovely photos!

Had a nice trek over lots of mud to get there and we both fell over a few times, but managed to get the shots in the end by following the process of winging it! We had a good laugh too!

I am very new to modelling and I had my first outdoor location photoshoot with Alan which was very enjoyable. We had good communication before the photoshoot and Alan was punctual and picked me up from my choice of location which was very helpful. I was very nervous but he made me feel at ease and was very friendly and we had good conversation. He was an absolute gentleman making sure that I was okay and comfortable throughout the photoshoot with it being cold and having to walk up to the field and back. Alan also gave me some good advice which I will take on board and with me being inexperienced he helped give me guidance for different poses. I was also shown some of the shots and he explained to me what he was trying to achieve and was very informative about explaining the whole process. I would definitely recommend Alan to everyone. We got a few good shots once I relaxed into it and I would love to work with Alan again in the future with different ideas and hopefully improve as a model. I can't thank Alan enough for a fun photoshoot and helping me to banish my nerves and we had a laugh at times so much that it was hard to keep a straight face. I'm looking forward to hopefully working with Alan again soon.

After 2 year's finally got to work with Alan again, Alan turned up on time and had good ideas for locations to shoot.

What an absolutely fantastic experience! Alan helped me achieve a vision I had for a shoot at a particular location - a vision I've had for an extremely long time. In fact, he went above and beyond and brought a drone camera too. This was a great surprise and absolutely made my day, the footage is incredible!

I felt very comfortable throughout the shoot. Alan is a great communicator, which meant that it was easy and fun to work together. I am honoured to have been able to work with him so early on in my progression on PP - I certainly learned a few things (aside: I even learned from him that my local seagulls are, in fact, not seagulls but fulmars!) improved my confidence, and I feel like I've had an opportunity to broaden my repertoire in spades in just one morning alone.

I'd always be happy to shoot with this talented photographer again!

I shot with Alan on monday evening and what can I say? He was incredible. Exellent precomms before the shoot and great communication throughout the shoot itself. I had a fantastic time shooting with Alan, he is an absolute gentleman and we had such a laugh it is definitely one of my favourite shoots so far. I first met Alan when I went along to Cambois Camera Club to do a photoshoot. This was the first time I had been to a camera club and had multiple people shooting. Alan was really nice and friendly, making me feel very welcome. He is very easy to get along with which makes taking photos enjoyable.

His photos came out brilliant and I absolutely love them. He is great to work with and makes you feel relaxed.

I look forward to working with Alan again sometime in the future!

Met this lovely guy at a photography event in Liverpool today. I had no photographer as I had been let down and he kindly volunteered to snap me. He instantly put me at ease. We got some amazing shots and I can't wait to see the end results! As a total amateur plus size model I was nervous and wary as it was my 1st ever shoot but he guided me well and he got me into some interesting poses and and we had a real laugh. Even the candid test shots were great! There was no pushyness, he was respectful and polite, I Would defo recommend. Thanks again for shooting me :)

Had my first shoot with shine a light yesterday at he townhouse studio dungeons.

He was such a nice guy very professional and we got some cracking images.Highly recommend him to any model looking for a photographer.

We discussed doing further when im up in newcastle.

I shot with Alan at a photography workshop recently, it was our first time meeting and he was so lovely! Very professional and has such a creative eye, very good with directing to help achieve the best possible images. I have lost count of the shoots with the lovely Alan now, he is more than a photographer, he is a family friend. My partner had given me the location of some caves in the woods not too far from my home, so obviously I was screaming out to shoot there and it had to be with Alan! We were joined by the beautiful BellWalker and created some stunning work focusing on satin gowns against the harsh rugged rocks with great results. Alan was so cool about this location as it was a bit of a scramble to get to and very muddy with the recent rain but he didn't grumble once. Alan puts up with a lot from me as my locations are never easy to access and the weather usually isn't on side but he always soldiers on. Always the professional and gentleman so if you haven't shot with him yet get him booked! highly recommended.
