Adrian I Barnett is an International Brand Photographer and a Licentiate of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers.

I am lucky enough to work in countries like Germany, Luxembourg, The Netherlands and The Czech Republic.

I trained under some of the UK's best photographers including Grand Master Damian McGillicuddy (The Big Dog), to develop my unique style.

I am a photographer of the second-generation and grew up in the studio and darkroom from an early age helping my father in his photographic business, himself a BAFTA Award-winning film-maker and photographer.

I am a passionate believer in the traditional skills of posing, composition and lighting - fundamentals which never change even if the technology does.   Pursuing my aims, I gained employment with an agency in London and after turning freelance eventually worked in many exciting locations in UK and across Europe, and photographed a few celebrities along the way!

I believe every person has something beautiful and interesting and it is the job of the photographer to bring this out in the images.

I am always looking for interesting faces and personalities.  I have access to studios in Devon & Cornwall but I love to work on location.  I have a fully equipped mobile studio, which I transport all over Europe!

I like to enhance natural light with flash or using continuous lighting equipment.

I like to tell a story in my photographs, and see photography as art.  For me it is the lighting and mood that makes a good image.  I help celebrate the human form (male & female) in my pictures in a beautiful and tasteful way.  Never dull - always exciting.  I like to think of myself as a Picture Maker, and not just a Picture Taker!
