Kayleigh999 wanted some shots with her bike before selling it. The only day we could both do turned out to be a very windy and cold day.

Kayleigh braved the bitingly cold wind for two hours without complaint (she is highly recommended) and this is the first of a series of pictures.

Technicals:

The whole series was shot available daylight on an overcast day as there were no assistants and the wind would have blown any lighting or reflectors away! The light was pretty soft and any shadows which were too heavy were sorted in a combination of Lighroom and Photoshop.

I had just taken delivery of a Tamron 70-200 and shot at f2.8 and this was it's first outing. First impressions are that it is very quick to focus and as sharp as lemon juice squeezed into an open wound! Camera, full frame D810.
