I've got to admit, Alex is my first young photographer to shoot with and what a joy it was! I arrived and he was very welcoming offering beverages before we began shooting. He was very clear about what sort of look he wanted for this particular shoot which was inspired by mime artists.

His work ethos was professional and fun and still had time to have a chat and have a laugh. It was great to have a photographer that allowed me space to improvise and yet was confident enough to direct me when he wanted to change the mood of the shot. His enthusiasm for the shots was infectious and upon leaving, I couldn't wait to see what amazing results we had achieved!

I would absolutely recommend him to any model whether a beginner or someone with more experience as he is extremely supportive of the model on the shoot which is always a plus. Also has great banter! I look forward to working with Alex again soon.

Alex was prepared for our shoot even though I was a little early.

Ever the gentleman, I was offered a brew before the shoot.

He was very professional throughout the shoot and gave direction well to hopefully achieve those images that he had imagined. Throughout the shoot he seemed very genuine. A few technical issues but he didnt let it affect his attitude towards the shoot, which was great.

We got some unique pictures and I hope he is as pleased with the results as I am.

I would happily recommend Alex and would work with him again.

He has great ideas and made good use of our time and resources, getting lots done with great results (from what I

saw on the camera)

Before arriving for the shoot Alex was very good at replying to any questions i might of had about the shoot. on arrival Alex was very welcoming and may i add makes a fabulous cup of tea. we had a quick chat through what we both wanted out of the shoot and i felt extremely comfortable throughout.

Alex is indeed a perfectionist for photography and will go extremely far, he is fun to work with and passionate about what he does, i would highly recommend him to anyone and hope to work with him again in the future.

Working with Alex, apart from being fun (despite the cold), was super easy as he knew exactly what he wanted from the shoot and gave precise directions that made the shoot flow. His enthusiasm for photography is contagious and he paid attention to all the details. As we shot on location, his background in media production played an important role as he had good awareness of which places were most suitable and where each of us should stand to take maximum advantage of natural light. He kept a conversation going all throughout the photoshoot so I felt very much at ease and could bring out my best in front of the camera.

I would definitely love to work with Alex again, and recommend him to other models!

I recently took a trip to York for a productive conceptual shoot with Alex. From the initial stages of communication he gave the unquestionable impression of a photographer with an exquisite creative vision matched with the determined focus for lighting and perfecting a moment - all of which was confirmed on the day of the shoot. :) Alex puts a considerable amount of effort into his work on all levels and was also very welcoming of my own input, he without a doubt carries all the characteristics of a professionally adapted innovative mind and is always aiming to create the best possible capture.

Alex was extremely welcoming, fun and friendly which is always a bonus when you are working; time seemed to disappear before our eyes yet we definitely got some excellent experimentation done with a variety of angles and styles - as the old saying goes! I would not hesitate to recommend Alex for a moment and very much look forward to working together again in the future.

This is a late reference I am afraid and sorry about this!! =]

We had a really great shoot more than a month ago now and I know I really enjoyed myself.

We had a lot of communication before the shoot which was really helpful and Alex explained clearly what he wanted to me and so I could prepare as well as I could.

The shoot was in his room, although small I was still able to move around and try a different poses. Despite the lights playing up for him I certainly had a good time and was able to carry on as best I could.

I'd definitely recommend him to work with, a huge range of great ideas and fun to work with!!

Had a shoot with Alex recently in his home, excellent pre shoot communications, good ideas about the kinds of area's he was looking to cover and a friendly professional manner. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Abstract to others. Thanks for a fun afternoon despite the roasting temperatures!

Wonderful shoot with Alex a few days ago :) Lots of pre-shoot communication to organise things, turned up on time, very pleasant and easy to talk to. Also very professional and friendly, we had a good laugh too! We both got what we wanted from the shoot, can't wait to see the final results :)

Shoot went really well with Alex and there was great communication before the shoot despite only booking me a few days in advance.

Alex is friendly, down to earth and great to work with. I look forward to seeing more of the images from the shoot and working together on specific ideas in the future.

Amazing shoot with Alex today. Not only was he an excellent photographer who produced some incredible images (despite the fact that the weather was really not up to scratch), but he was also very friendly and a complete gentlemen. Certainly recommend.
