References for Abigail Taylor

Abigail responded to a short notice casting to try out a new portrait lens. Pre shoot comms were warm and friendly and showed a desire to achieve something that I wanted. She obviously prepared very well and was prompt. Abigail was the same in person, warm and friendly (she is definitely a people person and a good communicator) but she was also professional and a hard worker.

Abigail has a beautiful look, the most amazing red hair, deep blue eyes and porcelain skin. She posed naturally and with flow. She was willing to try out different ideas and her photography background meant that she understood immediately what I wanted to achieve.

We have agreed to shoot again soon. I highly recommend her. Thanks Abigail.

Again Ly came to the studio to act as guinea pig and together we tried out a new lighting set up which had surprisingly good results. I think that that can only be attributed to her patience and her understanding of lights and cameras as a former photographer. However, although Ly has been my guinea pig on a few occasions now, she is much more than that. She is a competent and willing model. She brings so much too the shoot. With her gorgeous red hair and her pale skin she is suited to many styles and concepts and she is always such a joy to work with. :) :) :)

Another fab shoot with Ly - this time on location on a very cold, wet, January evening, wearing not a lot!!!! After a supper of burger and chips she then was warmed up and ready to shoot and this girl does not disappoint. You do not want to miss an opportunity to work with this girl. Not only does she model superbly but she is pretty awesome with a hula hoop as well. :)

Ly kindly came to help me on a shoot today acting as guinea pig while I tried out some new location lighting. Although cold and breezy we had such a laugh and got some cracking shots. The world looks so different with neon lights. Even the smell of Chinese take away to put her off her stride. Now we know how to use the lighting we can't wait to give it another go. So nice to get out of the studio for a bit and there is no better model to do it with. As a performer she is well used to 'performing' in a public place so she is certainly not backwards in coming forwards. What a gal!!!!!

Another fab shoot with the lovely Ly. As always she was on time and well prepared bringing all the necessary clothes etc with her. This time we were doing a funky fashion shoot with MU and although this took her out of her comfort zone, as a performer and a dancer, and using those skills, she delivered some great poses. I thoroughly recommend you working with this young lady. She is very much in the infancy stage of her modelling career but there is only one way she can go and I have no doubt she has loads more to offer. :)

My first shoot with Ly today and what a find she was. She is very natural in front of the camera and I am sure this is due in part to her performing skills. Her long red hair is a great asset and accentuates an already beautiful face and together with her pale skin we got some great portrait shots. It is hard to believe she is a new model as her ease and experience implies she has been doing it for years. Will definitely be planning more shoots with this lovely lady who is friendly and chatty and a joy to work with. 😊

Had a really good shoot with Ly yesterday :-)

For a fairly new model she is super confident in front of the camera and she put her performing skills to great use in her poses adding something extra to the shoot!!

She is a really friendly, outgoing model with a beautiful look, her red hair and pale complexion make her unique and stand out from other models around
