References for 2nd Curtain Photography

Had a really lovely remote shoot with Trevor recently. Pre comms were wonderful and I couldn't wait to work with him.

Trevor was kind, friendly and chatty during our shoot and we got on really well. Trevor had some fantastic ideas that I hadn't done during a remote before so I couldn't wait to get stuck in. During the shoot we worked with flash and it was really great to work with my lights as I haven't done much with them during remotes apart from the odd shoot. Trevor's experience of lighting really shone through and he communicated really well to myself and my husband about how he wanted everything set up. He was really patient while we set things up too which is really great.

I really enjoyed my shoot with him and the images look really great. I hope I get to work with him again and I would highly recommend working with him. Thanks Trevor!

I had a wonderful shoot with Trevor, he had a great sense of vision for what he wanted to create.

The shoot was easy going, and exciting, it's very clear that Trevor is a perfectionist and will work to ensure that the images are of high quality.

I'm very much looking forward to seeing the images we were able to create.

I would definitely recommend Trevor to any model looking for a shoot, not just aerial! (Although aerial is the most fun!)

I recently put out a casting call requiring the help of a re-toucher for some old photos I have that needed editing. The photos were fairly low quality, but despite this, 2nd curtain photography did a wonderful job. He has given the photos an extra boost, to make them more appealing to the eye rather than just raw images, and I would definitely recommend others to work with him :)

Trev applied to the eShoot casting that J Black Photographic and I were doing during lockdown and he was a complete delight to work with, very professional and courteous throughout our entire conversation. All of his pre and post shoot communications have been excellent, truly some of the best.

He detailed the images he was after, styling them appropriately, providing me with an example of hair, makeup and outfit choices which just added to the ease of the overall shoot! His artistic eye shines though, even online, so its obvious to see his love of photography!

His editing of the images has been of high quality and he clearly has a passion for it.

I definitely wouldn't hesitate to work with him in the future!

Had my first shoot with Trevor at his studio :)

He had lots of ideas he wanted to bring to life, he is very instructive while working and happy to explain exactly what hes doing and why, he will talk thorugh how certain lighting etc will make the images look.

He is very easy to get on with and makes the whole shoot feel very comfortable, his studio is suited for many different styles and every set we did has a different look while all being shot in the same location.

I would reccoment booking your shoots in with trev you will not be dissapointed :)

I had my first shoot with Trev on Saturday after him responding with some ideas to a casting I had put up and what an amazing shoot it was! We instantly got along and he made my chaperone feel welcome, the conversation was always flowing! He makes a lovely cup of tea too ;) Trev was very professional throughout the whole of the shoot, always making sure I felt comfortable and if I was happy with the way the shoot was going! He adhered to Covid rules when he was shooting above me and you can tell he loves what he does as he always wants to make sure every shot he gets is perfect! He was happy to give me some direction which I could follow and he let me leave with lots of chocolate so I was very happy :D Excellent pre-shoot communication and very quick with getting some of the images back to me! I’m so happy with them! What a wonderful man, I would recommend Trev to anybody and I can’t wait to work with him again :D

Had another great shoot!

I told Trevor my idea of a fairy light/twinkle shoot and with his ideas we managed to capture some amazing pictures!

This has been the most tricky shoot I’ve done to date but I throughly enjoyed it and love working with Trevor

Had a lovely shoot with Trevor at his studio. We succeed at creating the images that he was after.

The Pre coms were fantastic and he even heated the studio for me as we were doing body scrapes.

Had my second shoot with Trevor recently and it was fantastic. Really enjoy working with Trevor- he has clear ideas on themes for the shoot prepared and is particular about lighting which is very effective. This time we did a 'broken teddy' themed shoot, so fun to shoot with slightly sinister image results!! Love the image results. Pretty sure we'll be shooting again in the future considering how wonderfully the first two shoots have been! 100% recommend.

First time shooting with Trevor today and I must say what an absolutely amazing day it has been! He has a great eye for detail and fabulous ideas. He had lots of different outfits, jewellery etc which was lovely. Such a brilliant, genuine person. I could go on but you really should work with him as words don't do him justice.

I really hope I get the opportunity to work with him again.

Had a fantastic first shoot with Trevor yesterday at my home in Birmingham. Considering that the shoot was booked last minute Trevor was very well prepared with ideas.

He has a refreshing attention to detail, specifically with regard to lighting, getting things just right for the image. He knows how to work well with space and can perfectly visualise how to create a great photograph.

I really hope to work with Trevor again in the future considering the results yesterday! Also a good laugh and lovely to chat with.

Brilliant first shoot with Trevor yesterday over at his studio set up in Telford.

What a fantastic and creative shoot we had.

Thankfully Trevor responded to my casting whilst I was in the area and I immediately jumped at the chance to work with him, especially after running into him and witnessing his work a few days before at Sandon when we were both shooting with other people. So it was nice to get together and enjoy a creative shoot on a one to one.

Trevor is fantastic with his lights. He really knows his stuff and I have no doubt that the images will be brilliant.

He was lovely to work with and I would highly recommend him.

I worked with Trevor for the first time on my model weekend at Sandon Studio.

What a lovely guy, Trevor was polite and friendly and came along with lots of fab ideas.

Trevor takes his time to perfect his lighting which is refreshing to see, and this certainly shows in the quality of his photos. We tried lots of “moody” lighting which worked very well in some of the locations at sandon, Trevor brought along a stunning dress for me to wear and also done some outdoor shots. From what i could see on back of the camera the images looked fantastic.

Trevor was great fun to work with and i would love to do so again.

So i had my first shoot with trev today and it was fab and very hard work but I have learnt so much in one shoot from this amazing guy. I really have. Then he scored even more points by bringing me chocolates and took the time to try and get friendly with my one cat as she is scared of anyone that comes here. So as for that it as resulted in me now not doing anymore home shoots. My kittens come first. Oh I'm rambling on again. So yes Trev and I will defiantly be working together again and I look forward to being put through my paces. Although Trev's demand for coffee was slightly...well demanding. Only joking LOL. Highly reccomend Trev to any model.

Omg what a blast we had! I’m so happy I got to work with Trevor at my midlands residence Parklands Studio. We shot everything from portrait to art nude and I have loved every edit I have so far seen. Lots of banter which I LOVE and many laughs! Also now converted to nutty coffee hahah!

Highly recommended by me to models of all levels.

Happy to shoot with Trevor since lockdown has been lifted, this time working on some fashion shots.

As always he knows what he is talking about! And is always well prepared and an absolute pleasure to work with.
