The Studio

The Man Cave (or studio if you prefer).

The studio is used for art classes, photo shoots, by me for painting, occasional life groups and lots of other arty stuff.

I keep an assortment of coffees at the re-beveraging facility and drinks flow freely. No coffee no workee!!!

As well as office and storage space, the studio has a kitchen and toilet. Tables can be cleared quickly if needed. The main room is about 30 feet by 20 with a high ceiling.

This is a two storey unit, downstairs is the framing workshop. I have parking for 3 cars plus more shared parking in the site.
