Missing Pieces

Imagine a set of worlds identical to ours, but with different sets of rules for clothing. Some specific examples would be a world where tops aren't worn, or a world where bottoms are entirely optional, or some other item of clothing we consider necessary, but isn't used there. Such places must certainly exist in a universe as vast as ours.
