Touching shoulders and toes
As if watching a centuries- long drama show
Balconies popping out for a better view
A timber roof dozed off, tilting head sideway
Enthusiastic shop windows, chests puffed out to be part of the show
An ancient marble arch dodged away from the crowd
Small wooden doors hidden behind

Suddenly I leaped into an old film scene
Balancing on the fleeting reel with tipped toes
Swirl around my floating skirt
Join the history with a spontaneous dance
