Kellen Pippa Beckett...... this young lady was just 15 when most of these images were captured.......

So how did one so young end up in front of my lens...?

Well let me share the story with you...... in May 2020 I started to work with a very talented new comer to the industry, Ana. We worked very frequently during the summer months helping her build, not a a portfolio but her confidence. 

Ana is a very creative individual and to be brutally honest, me with my feet firmly ensconced in 'the old school' found it difficult to keep up let alone take onboard some concepts that she came up with...... lol.... however being 'old school' means you don't quit!

Ana had a group of friends who were hosing a group shoot at at local park and she suggested hat I should attend, I'll spare you the details.... but I was dragged alone there kicking and screaming like a spoiled 2 year old..... and...... what an awesome day I had.

One of the models there, chaperoned by her mum was Kellen Pippa Beckett. The moment I laid eyes on this young lady I could just 'see' something there I just had to capture.

We worked together that afternoon for about 40 minutes....  and pretty much weekly as covid restriction allowed until late September.

This young lady has such a talent it brings a tear to my eye, that someone so young can be 'that good'! She has since gone on to securing an agency representation and is due to start filming for a leading American director.....
