Collodion Wet Plates

A historic technique. These images are ferrotypes on black aluminium or plexitypes on black perspex. The images are made with a large format camera and historic lenses. My studio has a darkroom where I can prepare and develop the plates - a fascinating experience for those who have not seen an image emerging from apparently nothing. The images are unique and do not involve photoshop editing.
