Oh well will join the other teccies..
Staring out, I used to work as a Computer Consultant both here and abroad until I had had enough of living out of suitcases and the usual 14 hour days. After that I moved on to a more sedimentary role as the IT Manager/Network Admin for a small Finance Company for 7 years.......Just over 5 years ago the department was outsourced by a new bean-counter ...lol and therefore had to move on once again, where I took a job in a schools IT Department.
Hobbies wise these days, besides Photography is American Football.....Have played the game for several years as a Full Back way back in the lat 80's/early 90's, Have coached youth, junior and senior teams (ages 14-18 and the likes of Manchester University) until I decided the politics of the management took the enjoyment away from the game so left the coaching and took to the sidelines with the camera instead.

I write the software for the Entertainment Industry, studios, management, record labels and festivals.
Photography has always been part of my work. Originally in advertising and I had a conventional darkroom and also used to use process cameras for graphics when everything was done on drawing boards and no computers.

I'm a professional geologist with over 25 years experience! A good way to explore compositions even with basic cameras when doing fieldwork :)

I run a pub. I spend my days serving OAPs at lunch and people having a good time at weekends while I'm working. But I've done it for 7 years and I write my own rota and, actually, quite like it :)

I was recently made unemployed - but I was a supervisor in a CD shop.
I also have a 2:1 Honours Degree, and I draw (and sell said drawings).

Besides photography and modeling, I'm a graphic/web designer (love branding and print work in particular), I blog at A Classic Notion (lifestyle blog), and I do the occasional freelance writing and copyediting bit. All very creative. I self-published a book of poetry once, should follow that up at some point (or take it down and revise it and put it up again with a new cover? Ha). Looking for a part-time job in my field but I'll probably apply to barista and retail type positions as well so I may be one of those things next time I drop by.
