I work for pharmaceutical companies (not in sales, thankfully) during the week and occasionally spin and breathe fire, walk on glass and lie on a bed of nails at the weekend :)

I do software testing for satellites. My current mission is called Solar Orbiter and will orbit the Sun closer than ever before and at an inclination that will allow us to study the poles, which we can't do.
Today though, I am smoking lots to try and stop myself throttling someone who I can't work out why we haven't sacked yet and then re-writing his test report from scratch. We have got rid of him from the department at least.

Will that allow us to see the possible "second sun" which stays out of Earth's view due to the obscured orbits? The theory is that the gravitation distortion that has been detected seems to point to a possible large object they believe is orbiting behind the Sun at an angle we cant visibly see.
Put him name down for the external booster tester for the entire launch to orbit sequence and then you will never have to worry about him again! Job done! :-)

I have never heard of this second sun theory, I'll Google it and get back to you, but it's not in the scope of the mission I'm going to go with no. I also don't see how there could be a large object that close that we haven't yet observed.

Is it true that space is full of ancient aliens? The telly says yes. (?)
