What else do you do?

Ive been a chef all my life, hotels mainly however i'm now a catering manager in a M/S specific nursing home. I also teach food hygiene for Essex county council. Hotels was a great time however since adopting 2 children I need more home time

I am a beauty pageant coach and an international pageant title holder :p I also recently became a carer for my husband :)

I am a professional dancer, i have danced since i was 2 years old and went on to train at one of the best ballet school in the country (Northern Ballet School). From there i went on to work on cruise ships and have done for the last 4 years :)

I spent 9 years in the Royal Navy and 26 years in the police.  

I took early retirement from the police because of stress related depression and PTSD so I have a decent pension and I now earn a small second income as a freelance writer and photographer.

 Plasterer? Brilliant, pity you aren't nearer can never find a decent plasterer!! Run an outside catering company!!
