I am looking for some new backdrops, they are only going to be used for very occasional use, so not too expensive but good quality that they can be stores and easily transported.
Can anyone please recommend where to purchase these from?

You are probably looking for roll backdrops. If you wanted cloth backdrops, the cotton throws which you can buy on ebay or amazon are good value.

I don't know if this is any help to you or not, but have you considered extending your range by using "virtual backdrops"? Alan Ewart very kindly donated some of his excellent backdrops to the community a few weeks back. And I just put up a shedload of my electronic backdrops, c/w download instructions and usage tips on my site. OK they're not everybody's cup of tea but you might have fun with them perhaps? And they are free (Creative commons licensed). :-)

Hi, Yes I saw that previous post. These are not really what i am after but there was a couple that cuaght my eye for potenial future projects. So might have to have a play aound with them.

I would advise buying some of the bungie clips
I've always found these guys to be good. Reasonable price and helpful company.
