Long Exposure, Night-Time and Light Painting.
Images can be submitted by anyone. They may be removed if they're obviously not relevant to the group.
It's not so much about the time of the exposure, - that is relevant of course - but it is more to do with seeing movement captured so, for example, there is a light trail, a waterfall smoothed out or wind-blown tree branches having a blurry appearance. Another type of long exposure could be images taken at night where a long exposure is necessary, e.g. a cityscape at night or the Milky Way or other night sky objects..
