The shoot that keeps giving!!

A few summers ago the amazing Artemis Fauna came to visit my cave and we jumped into her time travel pod (the Fauna transporter). We arrived a few decades back in a place far away, created some magic and returned home.

The reality is that while being some of my all time favourite images were also so challenging to shoot in the huge heat and massive amount of sunlight. I really thought they were all going in the bin at first!

Just goes to show that with the right model a tiny idea can grow into something so much better than you could have imagined, this is the sixth image from this shoot to be selected for the front page and reminds me of much happier and very different times!

Artemis is the real star here, the outfit, the poses, the attitude, the drive to get the image, the imagination, the enthusiasm and the personality!

Fantastic series of images Arvee and very deserving of the plaudits!

The shoot looked like a dream (model/location/light) and so it was surprising that you thought everything was heading south during the shoot! Definitely goes to show that a great concept with a lot of Artemis (and no little skill from yourself!) will triumph! Well done!
