Can anyone give me some good dietary advice? I've injured my leg so can't do anything high impact. Thank you, Stacy

Avoid high sugar products, keep carb's low and prioritise protein, and keep fruit and vegetables intake good and hydration high
It’s not what where and when you eat but how and why.
Eat only when you are hungry (not thirsty …try drinking first and see if your ‘hunger’ goes away) rather than bored.
Eat only what you actually want to eat.
Eat very slowly (chew 20 times minimum) and enjoy every mouthful.
Stop when you START to feel full ie well before actually feel full up. …. And always leave something on your plate even half a chip.
By following these 4 simple rules I lost 3 stones (20+ kg) three years ago and have kept it off since.
