Porcupine Tree- Fear of a Blank Planet
Strangely enough that is the one album of theirs I really don't like. I first heard it in the old Astoria when they decided to play the whole album unannounced. They did similar with The Incident at the Albert Hall, but at least it's a bit easier on the ears, and the graphics were interesting if a little bit like classic Whistle Test. Apparently Steve Wilson has decided he is going to move on to other projects, so don't expect anything new from PT anytime soon. Having said that, i have it on good authority that SW's newest offering is pleasing. :-)
Steven Wilson's new album is an absolute fucking monster ! The addition of Guthrie Govan has made a huge difference to the quality of the guitar solos too :)
