There is a music festival in town over the weekend so I have been on a bit of a local bands kick.
This band are not playing at the weekend to my knowledge; they are on tour elsewhere.
But I think I've played this three or four times tonight:
Lady Bird: Boot Fillers

They are touring at the moment, if you get a chance and you like a really loud, raucous band, go see. Playing Wilkestock in a few days I think.
Also great:

What an eclectic bunch we all are!
Yes it nice when people can love so many different styles of music from highbrow to lowbrow and everything in between.

6 Music have been replaying reviews from classic Albums, this week, including interviews from the artists saying what they thought at the time. Both the Oasis and Artic Monkey interviews, over 10 years old were interesting to hear what they thought of their work, thinking about what actually happened.

Rubinstein playing the larghetto from Chopin's second piano concerto. With the LSO and the late Andre Previn.
Brings the tears to my eyes.
Rubinstein was 88 when this was recorded.
