The re-mastered 50th anniversary "Beatles" AKA The White Album cd.
My favourite of all the Beatles albums as a child it had such an impact on me. There are so many styles of music on the original double disc and yet it all seems to blend to perfection.

Yes, It's an eclectic mix of rock and roll, folky ballads, whimsical ditties, arty experimentation, and the re-mastered tracks are very crystal clear and "robustly" re-mastered. There is also a bonus cd of demo acoustic versions of the songs (I think some were also on the "Anthology 3" series from the mid 90s). There is also a miniature poster and glossy pictures like were included in the original vinyl LP. The Beatles were progressing past trendy psychedelia at that point :-)

Yes and love some of the classical elements used such as in Martha my dear.
