Currently going through Rolling Stones back catalogue.

Vital research as I've got a ticket to see them in June when they visit my home town 😀

I just had a silly dance with the wife.  I, am apparently, the worse dancer in the house....  So, I am currently trying to relinquish that title to my son!

MUSE

an amazing band. when not listening to my dear Elvis, me and my bf listen to MUSE and they are so good, they make you feel alive no matter how bad you might feel inside.

B17fan - I love the rawness and fun of those old tracks. My PC's set on random shuffle through all I have on MP3, which is a weird selection of stuffI admit. Looking back at the playlist so far today, before Halestorm, it was Alberto Y Los Trios Paranoias, Marsha Hunt, Tone Loc, the Bad Shepherds, King Crimson, Leslie Fish, Scatman Crothers, Don Henley, Woody Guthrie, Tom Jones, Hayseed Dixie, Abney Park and The Sinister Ducks!

I have a great love of lots of old tracks from the 30s-50s. I have quite a few 78s & a wind- up gramophone.

Years ago I attended an event at an old U.S air base, where they had a 1940s dance. I gathered a crowd outside who had never heard the original records, & they were playing from a Jeep!

One at least had to be Glen Miller????

Mountain Flowers of Evil album. Comes complete with a 15 minute guitar solo as well as standout tracks Crossroader and Mississippi Queen. Awesome Southern blues rock, America's answer to Black Sabbath.
